Room was really nice with a great view except we were there from Monday to Thursday and our room was not cleaned once. I asked at the front desk and they said “sorry about that” we can come up and empty the trash. We are at a hotel right next to the beach with kids, obviously we need vacuuming. Also the toilet had trouble flushing and the water was so hot my daughter couldn’t even take a shower. We couldn’t get it a comfortable temperature.

Underwhelming, just OK!!! Be ready to pay for parking which makes NO sense!! Considering on the premise is only option, I am thinking it’s a new way for hotels to charge extra, not ok!! Also breakfast not included, so we did pay and again just OK!! Rooms just OK!! I’d say save your money go to holiday inn express, parking in free and basic free breakfast is better than paying for just OK!!

We had a room with a view of the ocean, but the windows are so dirty was hard to see it. No phone service and the continental breakfast was crap and we paid a lot of money to stay. There would never do it again.

The room was clean although the bedding was a bit ill fitting. Overall the room accommodations were okay but we had a very unrestful 3 nights. The hotel seems to be recently remodeled but the foundation and the sound proofing must be lacking. We heard EVERY little noise (talking, sneezing, music, tv, walking above us) there was from the neighboring guests and housekeepers, from early morning to late night. I had to call the front desk on one occasion about neighboring noise and talk to a housekeeper another day about her noise just outside our room. The front desk staff gets 5 stars but unfortunately, due to the lack of peace and quiet, we will not be staying here again.

Location was odd. It’s separate from the town. I didn’t understand that when I made the reservation. Not enough parking. Toilet in the room was horrible how it flushed. Shower pressure was poor.
Staff was excellent and all was clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.

Booked on line luke always and picked room with balcony as itcwas our 25th wedding anniversary. Well it was unavailable when we checked in and the said they upgraded to a 2queen. Definitely not upgrade but nice view.
