They were Amazing, John1 was awesome

I didn’t make it past the lobby I watched someone get assaulted by a man for trying to make a phone call so I rode them I feel unsafe and canceled the reservation I didn’t even get a chance to go to the room I’m 8 months pregnant and being they didn’t call the police or try to get help I was not staying there

I booked a suite but somehow that got changed in the system. We got a regular double bed room when we had paid for suite. Room was dirty,smelly, toliet had been used and not flushed, beer cans in room.....asked for a refund and they said no. We did get a different room but it wasnt much better. Lock was broke. All night people pounding on door to the room next to us screaming. I called front desk and they did nothing about it so i called police. Avoid this place!!!

The lobby, breakfast area was dirty. They only had coffee, juice, instant oatmeal and dry cereal. I asked for an 11,:30 checkout and the front desk told me it would be $10 extra. I mentioned there breakfast being a joke. Then he decided to give us an extra 30 minutes for free.

My friend and I stayed here overnight. I’m not sure if it was intentional that we, 2 girls by ourselves, got put in a room hidden in a corner, but it was appreciated greatly!! I liked the heater, it was very functional and made the room toasty, and the bed was very comfy. Only complaints I had were that the room seemed a bit run down. 3/4 of the bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out, one of the lamps in the room was burnt out as well. One of the outlets on the lamp between the beds worked fine, but the other you had to angle your charger a specific way to get it to charge. There was also a, I think, marinara sauce stain on the sheets for one of the beds lol? I know it wasn’t me who did it when I found it this morning, cause we didn’t eat marinara sauce (not really a big deal, I didn’t even notice it til we were leaving lol). My friend and I also noticed that it was the same guy at the counter from when we checked in at like, 4pm ish yesterday, and this morning at like 10. He was very nice and we hope he is getting adequate breaks for a long shift like that!!!! Thank u (:

Everything was great but no soap or shampoo. Also the tv did not work which I had no intention of using.

I know hotel rooms that are smoking are usually a bit worn but this room was absolutely horrible. The carpet, what was left of it, had burns all over it. It's time to change it. The sheets were so bad we wouldn't sit or lay down. We left a few hours after arriving because it was so bad. The chair in the room looks like a chair from middle school and the 2nd chair was so filthy we wouldn't sit in it. I didn't see any bugs which is good but overall it was filthy and disgusting. I'm not sure how rooms like this pass any type of inspections. We were in room 223. The towels were horribly stained. We will never go here again.
