The staff were extremely warm and friendly. The gentleman at check had a welcoming smile and the process was easy-peasy. I requested a ground flo or room and received one due to our situation. The housekeeper, Danielle, was also very accommodating. My husband and I came back late from my nephew's wedding and asked for a late checkout and the blonde lady at the front desk said, 'No problem '. We felt like family.

Beds are very small and breakfast are only cereals and muffins.

First day the day we arrived room was clean, beds were queen size but felt still small, tight, congested. Second day, room service cleaned everything but third day, they just cleaned the bathroom nothing else and the breakfast was awful.

Cute little hotel, loved the log cabin motif, and extremely pet friendly. Very good location, a short drive to the village and very convenient next to a grocery store. All the employees were extremely friendly!

It really is a dog friendly hotel. Maybe it’s time to change mattresses.

There is a musty smell in the rooms. The property needs a refresher. Bathrooms are older than expected. Beds are decent, but doubles. No elevators either. Breakfast is really plane, English muffins, two types of cereal, packages of oatmeal, a few muffins. They do offer coffee and tea at all time.
For the price, I wouldn’t stay there again.

This motel was average. We chose it because it looked unique and it took pets which we needed on this trip. OK for one night.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, but there was a smell as you walked into the hotel, and the room was very humid. Breakfast is really basic - 2 kids of cereal, English muffins or instant oats. They only changed the towels once every 3 days, which would have been ok, but they never dried so we had to ask for a change of towels (which was no problem). I brought a cereal box with me and by the time we left, the cardboard was all softened. The mattresses were really soft (too soft for my liking), and the ac and bathroom fan were REALLY loud.
The staff were so nice, I’d still consider booking there, but with a bigger budget, I’d go somewhere else.

My stay was great. I just needed a reasonably priced room for the night. All other hotel/motels were seasonal lake tourist prices. The bed was kinda hard. I wondered if they were new. Pillows were comfortable. All and all, I was satisfied.

I didn’t like that I was charged for bed tax and safe tax. I never saw this before, it surprised me. There is much around that area.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Light breakfast served- toast, cereal. Fresh coffee and tea all day. Shower was hot- even after the fourth shower in a row. Quiet. Thank you for a nice rest stop overnight on our way to Montreal

The property is in a strange location between two roads but the room was clean and quiet. No complaints about our stay for one night.

Overall the staff were very friendly and no issues. The property and rooms were a little dated and need some updating. Zero noise control from hallway and adjoining rooms.

I was charged for my dog even though he's an emotional support animal; while I do not completely hold the hotel responsible I am not pleased. Not all hotels qualify emotional support animals as service dogs and I feel that that should be explicitly stated on the website.

2 stays and met 4 staff the most friendly American North Country people I have ever met.
the talk they smile, the understand and are very helpful. Spartan breakfast but Mc D's cross the street and a large price Chopper right outside the door as well as a liquor store . Cleanest hotel in a decade for me/

Very cute older hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. There is a Price Chopper right next door and a McDonald's across the street. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down. Coffee, tea, mini muffins and instant oatmeal were the only offerings.

They advertise as having free breakfast in the morning, but it was very disappointing. Only muffins and oatmeal packets, coffee and tea. When I asked where the breakfast was, the clerk said that was it. They need to update the amenities so people traveling know not to expect a real breakfast.
