From when we entered our room, the air was thick with cigarette smell. The pillows looked like they had been slept on and I found hair on one of the pillows. I went back to the check in desk and asked for another room. We go into the second room to find the same thing with the bonus of burnt holes in the comforters. We got a 3rd room and it wasn’t much better but no burn holes so we settled. The bathtub had mold on it like it hadn’t been cleaned. If we had more time before the wedding we came for, I would’ve went to find a different hotel. Very disappointing hotel.

I've stayed at Super 8 quite a bit now and everytime I stay, it's relaxing, and peaceful. Everytime I check in the same woman is always there and I'm upset I can't remember her name because she is absolutely AMAZING lady. She's always smiling and great with small talk. Shes an older lady with shoulder length white-ish gray hair, and shes probably 5'1 or 5'2, and I'm assuming she works the mid shift. Anyways you have hit the jackpot with that wonderful lady. She's one of the main reasons I continue to book with that same hotel (Super 8 Winfield Dunn Parkway) and the other would be the rates of your rooms. Everything is always nice and clean and I truly enjoy it. One thing I would love to see you guys get and that's a snack vending machine. Just one on the second floor would be perfect.

Super 8 in Pigeon Forge, which we like was full, so gave this place a try. The people were nice, the rest not so much. The policy you sign clearly states no dogs allowed, but alas! Enter one noisy Canine in the room beneath us that barked both nights we stayed. If you are expecting the usual complementary continental breakfast, you will be disappointed to find a bowl filled with 3 pack muffin minis, fig Newtons and oatmeal creams - a sight fit for a 5 year old on Halloween. The walls were paper thin and the hotels location right next to the road make for a noisy nigh!! The expectation and delivery were so far apart. We don’t expect to stay there again. Very poor value for the money we paid compared to what we got.

The rooms smelled light smoke the covers had cigarette burns bathroon was smelled like mold. If you like over priced nasty this the hotel for you.

Not very clean. Had mold on ceiling above shower and various things splattered on all the doors.

The first room they gave us the back door to the balcony wouldn’t open and then the handle came off. So they gave us another room. There is no common room just two bedrooms with a jack n jill bath. We had 2 full size beds that were supposed to be queen. Then I found a roach crawling on the wall. Also when you walked in there was a funny smell in the air I believe from the a/c units. I would not recommend this place at all!

The cleaning staff was great

The check in person was not very friendly but tge person responsible for moving us 3 times because of bathroom ceilings leaking was very nice. They said breakfast was offered but it was coffee, juice and packaged muffins. Not a real breakfast. The doors should be thicker on such a busy road. Has huge potential.

When we walked in almost asked for a refund. The floor was dirty I’m talking needed to be shampooed. We hated walking from the bathroom to the bed getting our feet dirty. The place could have been great because the decoration good the water was good and hot in shower. The windows had finger prints all over. Only one chair so my husband sat in the chair it was worn out he almost flipped over. I did not get to sit in it because he didn’t want me to fall. I had to sit on the bed the entire time. We paid 237.00 for 2 nights we wished we would have known this hotel was this way! We stayed and made the best we could out of weekend stay. We don’t have money to throw away. We hardly get to have a weekend away so wished the room had of been clean and comfortable. Thanks

The front desk staff was extremely nice at check and check out. However, the room was not that clean. Dirty shower curtain and on the walls. The vents to the AC u it were completely missing and broken off. The balcony was dirty. I just didn’t feel that safe there. For over $230 for the weekend I wasn’t that impressed.

Our stay at this hotel was overall pleasant, especially given the unbeatable price for the area. We loved the room setup, which had a separate door for the kids' area. The balcony overlooking the water was a nice touch, and spotting a few raccoons and cats around the property added some charm. We didn't spend much time in the room due to nearby water parks and activities, but the location was fantastic—close to everything and conveniently at the end of the stretch, making it easy to get in and out. The gas station across the road was handy, and the nearby Taco Bell was surprisingly great, especially compared to the hotel's "free breakfast," which consisted of mini muffins and subpar coffee. The pool was clean but small; however, it never felt crowded during our stay. The staff was a mixed bag—the overnight desk associate was kind, but the lady at check-in seemed annoyed, and the gentleman at the desk the next day didn’t even greet us. The TVs in the room worked well, so we didn’t need any additional entertainment for the kids. Overall, we’d consider staying here again if we return to the area, but we’d definitely plan for breakfast elsewhere if that’s important to you

It is an older hotel close to the highway which wasn’t a big deal earlier in the week but the weekend was so loud, also they only had grab and go breakfast. Cereal bars and oatmeal crème pies most of the time and occasionally mini muffins. It was a big room though like a 2 bedroom apartment so was a great size for our family.

The staff we interacted with were great as always. We love the location and the room layout. Some of the bedding needs to be replaced - there were a couple holes in the sheets and a burn mark or two in the comforter.

Fr the price very good, just wished breakfast was a lot better and they had amenities such as lotion, or shaving cream. Staff could be a lot more friendly as well.

It was good overall. The grab and go breakfast was a joke in my opinion. What they offered, you might as well have had nothing.

Very nice staff, roomy room! with fridge, microwave, iron and a hair fan. Pool was so clean, really enjoyed swimming on hot summer day after the long trip. Sure, I'll stay here again!

Me and my Mom enjoyed our mini vacation. This is our favorite place to stay. Sitting on the balcony is very relaxing and quiet. Also there is a room on the 3rd floor that has rocking chairs and you can rock and watch traffic go by.

it was very clean, and the price was good for the rooms but i looked at the overall reviews and started not to stay here but I'm so glad we did it was clean and quiet . we will stay here again

I love the nature and it was away from the busy area but close enough we could go, the rooms were perfect for my family of 4.. I would say the carpets should be updated but everything was nice, love the nature part of it. & the staff was helpful.

Good location. Nice sized room. Pool open till 11pm. Neither ice machine was working. They sell ice. Had not seen that before. Breakfast was coffee, juice and Nuti Grain bars. No seating.

I did not stay here, trying to get a refund. False advertisement online. Dirty bathroom, mold on ceiling, busted air condition, front door air draft. I’m awaiting for AiG or someone from exepedia to respond to email. I waited over 2 hours for someone to pick up and didn’t. You guys are quick to take someone money but hard to get it back. I’m still waiting!!

Comfortable bed, dated room, esp. carpet. Lots of smoking on premises after to our balcony- ran us inside. One day no towels, had to make 2 trips down to get them since nice guy at desk was only employee present.

I chose to stay here do to the price. The room was very spacious, the pool was just what we needed. Office personnel was over and beyond helpful with a reservation issue. They helped me as well as hotels.com to resolve it. My only issue is, and its no fault of Super8 because again i chose to stay there, is that its pretty far from the attractions and restaurants.
