Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was wonderful. However the breakfast left us feeling ill. The woman running the breakfast room stuck her hand into the scrambled eggs saying they were cold and proceeded to put a bite of egg into her mouth! It was awful!

The rooms were a little worn and outdated. Could tell where the carpet pad was gone from heavy foot traffic around the beds. There was also spots on the wall behind the TV.

The room was so worn- furniture needs upgraded. But the worst was the side door entry, it was filthy!! Not acceptable!! I can’t believe the room rate is $150 & that’s the condition of the stairway & exit. Won’t be staying there again!!

Horrible place. The rooms are dirty, the beds are terribly uncomfortable..the coffee pot didn’t work. There was hair in the bathtub…. Nothing good to say about this place.

The swimming pool was discussing!!!! Hot tub half full!!!! Bedding dirty.

It was very noisy, slamming doors, kids, hair in the bathtub, room smelled musty, no elevator we were on second floor. Hard to understand desk person when checking in, people milling around in the parking lot felt unsafe.

Easy access, staff were friendly.

Seems like a typical small town hotel. The staff were nice, but the place was a little run down. Honestly really good amenities. Nice pool and breakfast.

The room had a stale odor, stsined sheets, dirty carpet not vacuumed, towels tread bare. Very sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot made us feel unsafe. When a big landed on my husbands arm we could not longer stay and just left the hotel. One ofcTHE worst experiences ever.

Scary in pool and exercise area. Poor security throughout.

So, your options are limited in Thermopolis. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel, pretty much steer clear of Wyoming in general. However, for a small town with only a few selections, Quality Inn was on par with everything else there is to offer in the area. The room was mostly clean, the sheets and bed were clean and well made. We rented the family room with 2 double beds and a set of bunk beds. My teenagers thought the bunk beds were pretty rough to sleep on, but my 8 year old thought they were great. Breakfast was exactly what you'd expect for what you paid. Microwave eggs, sausage and gravy. Make them yourself waffles. Pretty hard cinamon rolls, english muffins and juice. Also a couple different types of cereal with milk. It fills your belly, but doesn't soothe your soul. For what we paid for, I think we got exactly what we expected and for that reason I'd say that this hotel is perfectly adequate.

Obviously just updated. The room was spotless, and quiet. Except for the doors hard closing down the hall.

Stayed here many many times. Best bang for your buck in the area!

Breakfast was bad , the cooker was dirty and not apropied for the kitchen .

The room was filthy and disgusting I would have left and stayed at a different motel but the other motels were booked.

Check in was fast. There is a nice grass area for pets. Not so great of people picking up after their pets in areas, but I liked that it had that. Maybe they can get waste stands there for people to use. The lights in parking lot are not working so dark at night. The rooms were good not spotless, but we have dogs as well so. The breakfast was good, gentleman cooking super nice a helpful, not just in dinning but at front desk and needing extra towels. The pool the kids loved and the jacuzzi was nice. We will be back next time to stay here.

The TV in our room did not work. The water was so bad you couldn’t make coffee with it. And when I booked the room, I was supposed to be able to use my One Key cash but it was never applied.
