Clean room and comfy bed.Good continental breakfast. Hotel was very tired and in need of a refurb. It was otherwise ideal as centrally located for what we'd planned in the area.

Although the motel was a little out of town it was clean and comfortable. Food options were limited, but with a car we were able to locate more options. Budget accommodation within easy reach of town.

The service leave at the hotel was NIL, upon arrival the front desk was more concerned about cleaning their car then telling us anything about the accomodations. No information about the breakfast in the morning, times, locations ect. We stayed for 2 nights, the beds were comfortable but we never had a rooms cleaned our restocked with clean towels, coffee we left the room at 7am and did not come back till after 6pm. When we tried to speak to the front desk they, suddenly would pick up the phone to speak to someone, not make eye contact - no response after waiting 2 times over 15 minutes each time. Needless to say we did not get any restocking for the next day and were very happy to leave early the next day! Would NOT recommend this hotel if your looking for customer service.

An old facility in the middle of nowhere. No restaurant nearby. No signal on TV. Unfriendly staff.

I think if you were only staying one night it would be fine. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. I stayed 5 nights. I asked for housekeeping every day but that did not happen and when it did after calling multiple times to get someone to just clean the room all I got was fresh towels, blankets thrown on the bed and that was it. The floors were not swept the entire time. The breakfast was okay when they had stuff. They ran out of milk one day. Eggs for two days . They don’t keep it stocked and you cannot find anyone to ask for things. The fridge in the room needs to be defrosted as it was freezing all our food we put in there. No hot water to was dishes and then a mouse ran across the floor one night. So maybe for one night it’s okay.

For the price, we got a clean room with working AC, and it was perfectly fine. The area was overgrown - there was a rickety open stairwell that led to the building's roof for some reason. The hotel itself was a hotel/motel hybrid and the building felt old and run down. The AC was perfectly functional, but loud, and the shower/bathroom was much the same. The service was good though, the lady who checked us in was very sweet.
If you're looking for a cheap place to crash in St. John, New Brunswick, you could do a lot worse - and for the price, it's fine.

The property looks a little rundown from the outside, so we weren’t quite sure of what we had gotten ourselves into. However, once we went in, the room was clean and spacious. The best feature is that the sink was separate from the toilet and shower. This makes it much easier to get ready for our family of 4. AND an extra kitchen space and sink!!

Our room was big and had a small fridge and microwave. We had a view of the Bay of Fundy which was nice. Breakfast was included and was simple but adequate. This Inn is ageing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Guest laundry was listed as an amenity but was out of order. But the staff allowed us to use the hotel laundry equipment during our stay.

The property was OK. I noticed water on the floor from the fridge in the room so I wiped it up with the towels & I found out after I arrived home that hotel charged me for the towels they couldn’t get clean.

Decent hotel but nothing fancy. Good location for access but highway noisy. Good helpful staff.

The receptionist was not friendly. Even though she was not busy, you can still see the impatience on her face. Yes, you can feel it. The air conditioning was not working and it was hot in the room. We called and a technician showed up and repaired it soon by just switching plugging power source. The reason was simple: the power socket it was plugged at the beginning lost power.
It provided free breakfast, which is good for travelers.

We were very pleased with our stay at this motel. It was comfortable and had all that we needed. It was not far from the Reversing Falls.
