Did not like the fact that the person that was checking me in would not allow me to downsize my trip. Stay by 2 days. Kept blaming everything on Expedia because I booked through Expedia. The desk attendant would not give me a receipt because he said I would obtain one through Expedia. Housekeeping only serviced our room two times in my week stay there. I also requested to be on the first floor due to health issues and I was put on the second floor in the desk. Attendant refused to make adjustments instead said he was upgrading me to the second floor which was very inconvenient due to several health issues that I have. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds are comfortable and the housekeepers are nice but that's the only good things I have to say about this hotel.

Would stay again next time in Johnson City.

The staff is not very courteous at all. The room assigned was a smoking ng when I asked for non smoking room. There was leaking bathroom sink that makes the carpet wet and damp, with mildew. Tge Aircondition also leaks water infront of the room.

It was a decent motel. Rooms open outside. Never a fan of that. Room had some spots that weren't as clean. Right on the main road, lots of traffic. Great breakfast each day and friendly staff.

The room was cleaner than I was expecting the pool was nice. Our air didn’t work and never was fixed or even offered another room ended up going to get fans to just be comfortable. Was also charged an additional 50 on day of checkout which makes no sense to do on checkout day. Waiting now on 150 instead of 100 to fall off our card. Stay was ok service could have been better and friendlier.

This place needs a renovation bad. Room was rough. There was a gap in the door to the outside large enough i could see when people walked by. It was just a stop off and sleep for me, but if it would have been multiple days, I would've switched hotels.

Its an old building in need of minor repairs. Mini fridge rusty but functional. Breakfast was basic but good. Best thing about hotel was the staff...so nice and helpful. Also pool super clean and refreshing. Would stay again.

The hotel stay was adequate for everything we needed it for - a quick overnight during travel. No real complaints, but nothing to write home about either.

I talked with the staff member about t the problems .. was only credit 35.00 then they took the 35.00 back . I feel like i deserves a free nigh and 35 dollars back

My wallet was noticed to be missing about hour after check out and we were on way home so I called and they couldn’t tell me if it was there then next call they said I had to wait till morning when I called for afternoon shift. Not very happy. We could turned around after first call.

The fact that they charged me a deposit I knew nothing about and have yet to refund it.

Overall a good place to stay if you need somewhere for a couple days, nothing too fancy but it gets the job done!

We used to stay at the hotel and now we are wondering why smell to cigarettes plus the fridge and A/C doesn’t work fine 😫

Interior was Just ok but not so clean and safe surrounding areas outside. No parking issues and staff was good and helpful.

There was a large number of people in the parking lot making noise and sitting on our cars most of the night. The shower head was pathetic and the tv channels were hard to negotiate

Had an Excellent stay! Super nice staff. Room was clean and very comfy. The breakfast was Excellent. We will stay here when we are in town.

Excellent service. Great value. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Very attentive staff focused on cleanliness.

The grass around the buildings needed to be mowed, the bedspread had a stain with a circle and x to indicate ut needed to be trashed. The evening clerk was slow and inefficient and the day clerk was rude when shown a picture of the bwdspread

The property was fine with us

We stayed two nights. During our stay we ran into no issues. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the location was central. The rate was also considerably lower than hotels in the same area.

The last two times I stayed at Wyndham hotels, the owners are so unprofessional and the hotel has been ran down and filthy

Dead outlets, very dirty, property had mattresses everywhere and the vending didn’t work. The machines were just left open.

Good place to settle for whatever time you are there for
