Solid hotel for the price, nothing fancy. Clean bed and small. Good for sleep nothing else.

It was well priced & clean - No frills, but none needed.

The room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Complimentary breakfast was microwave eggs, waffles and nasty coffee.

Room smelt like pinesol. Floors are slick. Beds and sheets where clean but one bed was pretty worn. Mold in bathroom and all the glass looked like it was wiped with the floor rag.

The hotel is a bit dated. Regardless of the age of the property, I do expect it to be clean. It seems that the cleaning staff paid attention to the tub, sink and bed and that's it. Towels had holes in them. The floor was dusty. There we 4 throw pillows for a king sized bed. The legs of the ironing board were down right nasty. This is a very low grade hotel that raises prices when UVA has football games in town, just like every other hotel in Charlottesville. This was the only room available in the city. if I'm going to pay nearly $200 for this room, I expect more! This was an $80 room at most.

This was your very basic hotel room. Smelled heavily of lysol or other cleaning spray when we entered. Floor had not been swept recently as there was a lot of dust. Found a floss pick on the floor beside the bed. Linens and towels were clean. Pillows were flat and beds squeaked and rattled when you roll over. That being said, we were there for a UVA game and the location was a quick uber ride to the stadium and the cost compared to other area hotels on game day was reasonable. It was an ok place to spend one night, if your standards aren't extremely high.

The hotel is in bad shape. The reception is small. Dirty and old. The room is very old and small. A lot of noise in the morning. I booked 4 nights, I spent one night and I moved to another hotel.

It is construction going on everywhere. Lady at the front desk rude and unprofessional. She even gave us the WiFi password.

I liked the hotel stay it was very nice and clean

The room was fine but we killed 3 roaches. Then at 12:30 midnight we had enough with the people downstairs having a party right outside their room, yelling drinking and smoking. We had to call the front desk who came out and took care of the problem because we didn't hear them again. We only stayed 1 night and that was enough the bed was noisy as all can be. Every time I turned I would wake up my wife. Overall a bad night of sleeping.

Parking was nowhere near the upstairs room, ice machine was well-hidden on the other side of the property.

The cost was exceptional for accommodations that were fantastic. It wasn’t 5 star by any means but who needs 5 star when you have such a clean, safe and welcoming atmosphere. We were very comfortable. Will rebook at this particular hotel again.

We are not smokers and that's why I requested the non-smoking room. But the room smells too much like cigarettes.

I have been mistreated by a staff on 2 occasions. there is no body to report to for the mistreatment because the manager is the husband to the staff with the stupid attitude, She has no customer care at all I do not sleep at the property for free and do not deserve to be given that kind of attitude. I work so hard and bring you business. She has to stop this nonsense
