Average hotel.. the price is good..

Was a food particle on bathroom floor covered in ants. Also room smelled stale. Finally the bed wasn’t made properly- the mattress pad wasn’t fitted to mattress so when you got in bed, bottom sheet pulled out.

clean room and value for cost. Would return if required.

As soon as we pulled the cover down on 1 bed, a roach ran out. Then another bug was in the bottom of the bed. No hot water, it was mediocre at best. Spacious. Beds and pillows were too hard for me.

1st room had mold on inside of window, they instantly gave us another room which was ok…. Wheels on desk chair didn’t roll making it hard to use and bathroom fan was really screeching. Overall room was clean and staff was nice.

This place was absolutely filthy. The halls were dirty, the elevator had duct tape on the threshold, stains on the walls and floors. A lot of the lights did not work in the room and those that did were harsh with fluorescent ballasts buzzing. The room smelled aweful of some mystery odor. The furniture and paint was in terrible shape and the wall behind the bed was a mirror that looked like you could view the room from another room. To top it off, the “breakfast” sandwiches were rancid. If there was ANY other hotel in Hillsborough I wouldn’t have stayed. Never again.

Had a good experience

We stayed 2 nights. The staff was wonderful. I asked for some plates and extra towels, and they were more than happy to help. The room was clean other than the carpet. Keep your shoes on. After my shower, the floor felt sticky. When i wiped my feet with a damp towel, the towel was black. Overall, it was a good experience.

Quiet, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Would stay again!

Everything was fine. (But if I was picky, I'd mention that the shampoo lid was so difficult to open I gave up.)

The staff was very nice and the location is very convenient. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke.

This place was fine for a one-night stay, but no more than that. The room rates should be much cheaper than the price we paid. The hotel has a run-down feel and is not very clean across the board. The carpet in the hallways on all floors contains multiple stains. The rooms are very dated in design, they are very dark, and the interiors do not match the photos on the booking site. The carpet was also dirty and stained in our room. They also strangely have glass mirrors directly behind the bed, so you are leaning on those if you are sitting up in bed. The staff appears to be depressed and uninterested.

The carpet/floors felt dirty/sticky. No ice machine on the 2nd floor. Walls were dirty, toilet paper holder was rusted and please if they could provide better toilet paper. And the room smelled like mildew.

This is a hard one to review..there are some pluses but lots of minuses. This hotel is in a very convenient but congested area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Saying that it is noisy. The trash truck woke me up around 5am on Monday and I was in the 2nd floor. I had reservations for 2 connecting rooms since I was traveling with my elderly parents and my Father had Alzheimer’s. I needed to be nearby to reassure and help my Mother. The rooms we were initially given were next to each other but not connected. The first smelled of cigarette smoke so strongly that there was no way we could stay in it, we smelled it as soon as I opened the door and I get migraines and my Father is super sensitive to smells. Plus you are not supposed to smoke in the rooms! Well they weren’t able to get us rooms together but another just 2 doors down. I was told it was a “Suite” and “they weren’t supposed to give it out” but the only difference was it had a couch. The rooms were clean and comfy but need to be updated badly. Paint is old along with the carpet. The tub, sink and dressers are all in great condition and the bed was comfy. The pillows need to be much better. We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel must of found someone to take the smokey smelling room, it was right next to me and I could easily hear whomever was in there. Wyndham needs to definitely do some updating here. The staff was very polite and helpful and cleaned often.

The breakfast foods were not taken care of well. E.g. There was no milk for 2 days. There was a poor selection of breakfast foods. There wasn't a plug for the tub so we couldn't take a bath. We requested a plug but they didn't have one. Our toilet stopped up and had to be plunged two different days. We wanted to use the house computer but needed password. The office couldn't provide a password. There fore the computer was useless.

It was ok but then my son left his wallet with $40 in it and they “didn’t find it”. Our fault but shows you the integrity.

I had an amazing stay. Although it got crowded Saturday night no one was disrespectful with loud music or the smell of smoke coming from rooms. The staff was very helpful in every manner. From check and making sure that I had what I needed, to being patient when having to wait in order to clean my room Sunday morning. One of the best hotel stays that I've had in quite some time.

Limited parking due to people parking incorrectly, dogs not on leashes running down the hall, employees smoking cigarettes directly outside of the side doors.

Rooms are clean and staff is super nice. My husband has been staying here for the duration of a project and has no complaints.

The bed was very comfortable, the staff was friendly, the price is good! The sofa in the room was dirty and the hotel smelt like cigarette or some other kind of smoke. I will be back though!

Hotel looks out dated, needs to be re done, smells like smoke sheets smell old bed was not the best but not the worst.

Roaches in the hallway. The entire hotel smells. TV in the oddest location possible. Even though I booked a double bed through Orbitz, they tried to give me a single bed because they ‘had to accommodate someone who booked the wrong day.’

Could use a little updating.
