The lobby is actually really nice, and the room itself was really nice, modern, spacious, and clean. There was an issue with the door to the room I originally had, and then an issue with the door for another room that they moved me into, so that was a big concern, but once I had settled down in the room for the night, everything was fine.

Upon check in i was given an issue about my 2 service dogs. The gentleman at the front desk told me that the room i selected was not "pet friendly". I informed him that it wasn't an option n the website that i booked from and that my dogs were "certified" service dogs and showed him their credentials. With a smug look he asked me to email them to the hotel, I refused so he took a photo with his personal cell phone grudgingly handed me my room key card. The room itself was ok, fairly clean. The comforter was stained a bit. The doorknob of the bathroom and the sink faucet handle came off but were still useable. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty. We only needed a place to sleep, so it was sufficient for the night.

The lobby has been remodeled which looks nice. But as we walked down the hallway near the lobby, the carpet was dirty, torn, and UGLY. One of these days someone is going to trip and injure themself and then there's a lawsuit. The hallway on the 2nd floor was not swept for the past 3 days we were there. The towels in our room were old and thin. My husband and I have stayed there several times in the past 2 years and construction was going AND it STILL is. The construction is too SLOW!

Rooms looked nothing like the photos on the website. Everything was old looking and out dated. Restrooms were bad, sinks and tub had yellowish tint to them. Immediately asked for a refund, we did not stay there!

There was no room service for the 4 nights I stayed there. I had to ask daily for fresh towels and there was nothing explained to me like where the pool was located or when I'd get my security deposit back.

At first i got a room that was half clean.. no towels n comforter.. second room its ok but need extra towels only three towels.. spa not working.. pool is so cold.. we usually stay there alot and they give us the one room that r newly renovated… and i keep the room nice n no trash n take off the sheets so they can easily clean the room.. i do that bcuz i use to be a hotel supervisor..

the room was nice and clean, but the sheet had an oily stain on it, but was late so just slept on top. rooms were nice like a studio. hotel close to Interstate, Canes, del taco and fast food joints nearby. the pool was cloudy, not clean, the hottub looked alil green watered. so we didn't partake. price was good though. breakfast was okay no sausage or bacon though.

The hotel looks comfortable but is dirt and we found roaches in the restroom and the maintenance is terrible.

Beautiful building and room design. Poor maintenance ceilings are falling off, and parts that were repaired poorly or should I say sloppy.

The staff were very friendly. Good Place to sleep, not to noisy. I've stayed here more than once and I in tend to continue

Poor - sister is wheelchair and pool. Employees the can’t. Employees rude.

Unsafe upon arrival a underage girl was screaming for help in the second floor and wanted to jump out of the window. We contacted police and even the front desk told us their is alot of prostitution there and drug use it will take a long time for police to show up. We traveled with 2 family with children I requested for a refund limitedly. I do not recommend for any family to stay here even if you are on a budget.

Dirty, broken pull out bed

I recently stayed at the Quality Suites hotel in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The condition of the hotel was quite disappointing. The tile floor throughout ther hotel was damaged, and there were noticeable stains on the doors and furniture. Additionally, the walls had multiple holes and scratches, which gave the room a very neglected appearance. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a major concern. It was evident that the room had not been properly cleaned, which was quite unsettling. To make matters worse, the staff seemed disinterested and unapproachable, making it difficult to address any of these issues. Given the amount of money charged for the stay, I expected a much higher standard of service and maintenance. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very poor, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

There is nothing to like about this property.The place needs a complete renovation.The staff needs to be trained.Very very disappointed

Room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, including a kitchen... Everything looked recently renovated, but not luxurious. We were fine. Maybe breakfast could be better.

We ask when we check in more time to lifer the room becouse we arrived about 230am and they told us they going to left a more to do this about an hour after 11 but for some reason house keeping keep noquin our for since 11 am hurry up is!!! It was bad communication between front desk or the hose keeping want to finish early!!!

They had active redecoration, they closed the pool not because of anything being done with the pool but because they were bringing in furniture through those doors. They did not list that the pool was closed and had a small sign at the front desk and a small sign on the door to the pool. No one at the front desk there were 5 seperate parties waiting 20 minutes at the front desk for check in.

Totally false advertisement comparing to how the room should look comparing to booking site. I felt unsafe...

The first room we were assigned had a large puddle on the floor as soon as we walked in. It looked the fridge hadn't been closed properly and leaked. I tried to call the front desk to make them aware but the phone wasn't plugged into itself, the receiver to the base, I plugged it in myself but it wasn't working. I walked down 3 flights of stairs to the front desk to inform the clerk. We were moved to the room next door. I went back up to the third floor, walked all the way down to the end of the hall, only to discover I was unable to open the door to the next room. Something was jamming it shut, the door wouldn't budge. I had to walk down AGAIN and this time, maybe he didn't believe me, but the desk clerk went with me to tto try himself with the master key. He struggled to open the door also and wound up shoving it with his shoulder. He then closed it and told me to try. I wasn't about to use my shoulder but showed him I couldn't open it. He seemed annoyed that he had to move us to a 3rd room, this one across the hall. And because he used the master key to let us in, he stated that I would need to go down to the desk AGAIN to get my room keys. By this point I had been driving for 4 hours, needed to use the restroom and was starving. We had picked up food before checking in and it was getting cold on me with all the trips back and forth to the front desk. once we finally got settled in a room, we only had 30 min to eat and get ready before we had to leave for a concert.

The room was very clean we had to ask for extra towels and go get them. The food was very mediocre We felt worried for car because of some people hanging around

The hallway smelt of cigarettes There were crumbs on the floor of the common area of our room There was no bedding for the pull out in our room but the front desk provided some after i asked. The room sleeps 6 but there were only 2 towels to shower.

The staff was not friendly they looked at us bad n spoke to us bad the front seat young lady was very rude no respect or manners I asked for management’s number she refused it to me I asked why the lady was looking at me and my child with disgust the front desk girl said she could look how ever she wanted very uncomfortable … place was dirty no breakfast like said on advertisement not a good place to stay unless staff is replaced

Overall fine for a night in a pinch and it seems like they’re in the middle of renovations but even the parts they redid was not done well. Sheets had holes in them and don’t even get me started on the carpet.
