Great hotel close to the shopping mall, excellent included breakfast!

A really friendly and welcoming hotel. I have stayed at other Scandic brand hotels in other cities before and have always had an excellent experience. This was no exception. The hotel is a little way out of Gothenburg, but has excellent transport links - the tram line is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and you can be in the city centre in 15 minutes. Room and facilities were in excellent condition and very clean. The retractable washing line in the bathroom was a very welcome feature. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection, including pancakes and a make-your-own waffle station. I wasn't travelling with kids, but I really liked the fact that there is a large play area adjacent to the dining room, so that small people can get stuck in to some serious soft play while their grown-ups enjoy breakfast! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would consider staying again during my next visit to Gothenburg

Close to where we needed to go in Mölndal. Good service, clean room, comfortable bed. We got to borrow two bikes for free! More of a business travel hotel than for vacation. But the room had a fold out bunkbed, nice for families.

Nice and clean rooms but zero oxygen. You can no open any windows or adjust the airflow. Horrible vent design. Such a shame, since the staff and breakfast is fantastic

Hotel was very nice. Breakfast was brilliant. Only down side was restaurant and bar closed too early, and restaurant wasn't open at all on Sundays.

Our room was not cleaned when we first arrived. Hair in the drain, dirty towles and toilet not flushed down after use. Got a new and cleaned room after letting the staff know.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is amazing.

It's a typical Scandic hotel - basic and kind of uninteresting, but clean and in good shape. I'm assuming it's a hotel for conferences as the whole place had that feeling, and not so much for a family trip. The woman at the reception spent a good extra 5-10 minutes to explain to the customer before us why he might want to sign up for the loyalty card, but also why it was only useful if he was staying several nights. Considering we were two other people waiting to check in, it felt like a waste of time and quite disrespectful. Breakfast was good, and the staff was nice.

Been to this hotel twice. Extremely polite and professional staff. Bar and cafe was not open due to COVID-19 pandemic but it very cool last year when I attended. The hotel is also close to train and tram station and shopping centre.

Great, smiley and helpful staff at front desk. Central location with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Rooms ok but not spectacular

Really comfortable stay, the bed is really comfy, the room, is just the right size for activities, it feels cool in the room and the duvet keeps me warm through the night. Didnt wake up once while there which is strange as I wake up in the middle of the night at home. The breakfast was fantastic, so much choice. really good. There is a street food to go burger joint n the bridge a short 4 minute walk away with great service. Didnt eat at the hotel on the evening. Customer service really good. Would recommend.

The hotel is placed exceptionally well, near public transportation and the very new mall with plenty of restaurants and shops to choose.If you have children there is also a very good game park nearby.The hotel is clean and the staff at reception very welcoming, friendly, and happy to help.Its the 3rd time I use this hotel and I always had the same impression.The rooms at not large, quite small, but very silent and calm.The beds could be more comfortable: I prefer harder mattresses, they are quite too soft for my personal taste.Breakfast buffet is good and with enough variety, above average but not something to write home about.

Only here for a short time for business but suited me.

We liked the murphy bunk beds because they helped create space in the modestly sized room. We also liked the open centre atrium/glass elevators both transparency and grandeur.

The buffet breakfast is so nice! The room is small but clean and the bed is quite comfortable. Friendly accommodating staff and a recommended lace to stay

As I am not so young it was great to have a long ikea shoehorn in the room

The hotel and the accommodations were great. Clean, roomy, rooms and a great breakfast. There's a nice mall adjacent to the hotel that offers some good dining options. Construction around the area tore up the road adjacent to the hotel, but that didn't ruin the stay. Overall I'd recommend staying here.

Good things: nice rooms, clean, modern, very nice staff in reception, large desk made it easy for working, OK gym. Not so good things - restaurant and bar closed when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, we had to find somewhere to eat nearby.

Our stay was excellent. The only problem was that the car parking spaces in the underground garage were a bit tight.

It is very cold in the room and restaurant, very uncomfortable.
