Nice breakfast

Very nice spacy hotel, only remark is that the room didn't had coffee corner/water coocker. Hotel is very clean, clean rooms and you feel directly a very special and luxury ambiance as soon as you enter this hotel.

The room smelled very bad, there was no lift and the room was located in 2nd floor, no assistance from staff for luggage.

Fantastic place for 1 night stop. Couldn’t ask for more. Very recommended.

I had booked a 2 adults and a child "8yrs" room. The room I got was barely enough for one person and I had to sleep on the floor. They didn't not provide extra bed for my child or a bigger bed. They said everything was booked. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

We had a truly delightful stay at the Dorint Herrenkrug Parkhotel in Magdeburg. We had requested an extra bed for our child via email, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it already set up upon our arrival. The hotel is situated just a stone's throw away from the Elbauenpark. It was a fantastic place for family activities. We especially loved the hands-on science museum and the enchanting butterfly house within the park. Moreover, it's an excellent spot for a picnic with plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and boasted a beautiful view overlooking the park. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the robes provided for use in the swimming pool.

This is a unique place with a special vibe to it. It’s like going back in time, in a positive sense. Service is very good and the staff is very friendly and extremely service minded. Both the breakfast and the spa is lovely.

Hotel charged for the parking which hasn’t been used!!! No hot water in the shower!!! 34 degrees max!!! No room service during all stay!!! Spa not free!!! Breakfast for 16 euros??? Quality is shift! Fruits from yesterday, already out of date!!! Had a steak for 32 euros… maybe they don’t know how the steak supposed to taste or what…i will never go back!!!

Didn't get the room I booked. Not even after I asked at the front desk. Room was very warm and no airco. It was also very noisy from both the hallway and the room above me. I had a disabled bathroom (I am not disabled myself). Not very charming. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, as if there was a paper mill nearby. At dinner I had a veal schnitzel. I've never seen such a thin piece of meat. The schnitzel batter was thicker than the meat.

A pleasant hotel, with incredible grounds and a comfortable feel. The rooms are dated, however. WIFI is free and fast.

Schönes Hotel in einem großen Park, aber etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Angenehmer große Zimmer. Schöner aber etwas kleiner Spa Bereich.

Service and Check-in staffs really friendly and absolute positive. The room was very big, but the Interior inside very old and oldfashioned and something crashed.

Great location, easy access to Magdeburg by tram. Good Spa and pool facilities. Staff helpful and friendly. Bar and room service menu a bit short otherwise something for most people. Breakfast and dining menus ample and delicious. Car parking a bit expensive, but secure and sufficient for the number of guests. Recommended and will be returning next year.

Swimming pool extremely cold. Despite the fact that we checked the breakfast time at their website (6:30) due to New Years Eve party on New Year day breakfast was delayed till 8am...we left the hotel at 7:30 hungry....

This was a really amazing deal. Great hotel for a reasonable prize including the spa and great breakfast. Connection to the city is also fine by the nearby tram.

What a place! Well worth seeing if in the area! Tram that ends at the hotel takes you right to the middle of town.

For people that want to experience a real German hotel experience . Fantastic staff , facilities & a warm welcome . The restaurant is 5 star even the breakfast is a must

An absolutely fantastic hotel in a delightful setting. The breakfast was sumptious and the staff very helpful. Sitting outside in the lovely grounds to eat it was a delightful way to start the day. Great spa as well.

The Food ordered from menu was outstanding. It even impressed my German guest.

Nice sized rooms particularly for a European hotel. Only real problem was a lack of air conditioning in the rooms.
