We had dogs and had a $25 per dog charge that we didn’t know about also $200 deposit that for our family with only one income have small amount of money already to work with and do things with the family. The room was a pet room but it smelled in the room and the bathroom had some yellow dots on the ceiling just not cleaned good. Going to the pool the rugs where never vacuumed the two nights we stayed there. We’ve stayed in hotels there that been there longer a better shape and cleanliness.

Bed was not comfy at all, room was like a sauna. Had to fix toilet myself because it wouldn't stop flushing.

Old n stinky! NO hot water, and zero pressure when trying to shower... Would not recommend!

The hotel was close to amenities and the room was very nice and very clean. Despite being next door to a casino, it was very quiet and I had a wonderful stay

Check in person was not friendly. Pet friendly room had weird smell, like a bad odour that was trying to be covered up. Getting charged $25 x 2 for 2 lapdogs was steep as well, as a lot of places will only charge $25 total for up to 2 pets. Noisy as well, doors open and closing, talking etc.

It was a good hotel it was a little dated but that didn't matter everything worked good, the staff was very friendly and there was lots of restaurants nearby. I stay at a lot of different hotels and this one the water pressure in the shower was just awesome. Lol

Was goid easy and convenient no hassle other then my return on my deposit

I was very disappointed as we had two children and booked there to use the pool and waterslide. Was not notified while booking that it was not open was happy that the actual hotel phoned and told us that as they noticed, we had to children and thought we may want to use the waterpark. Had to go to the rec centre and bring our children there which was out of our way.

I’ve never encountered such friendly staff from check in to the housekeepers. Everyone was so helpful and polite. I would stay here again in a heartbeat

It was very convenient to my medical appointment. Room was in good order. They offer free appetizers and drinks from 7 - 10 pm on Tuesday nights.

Had a nice rest while we had an early flight. Staff friendly and clean. Only grip was the vending machine but it was a hot day!!!

Hopefully they will allow to bring some breakfast on our room especially I have 3 kids. No need to wake them up just to go down to eat their breakfast. As early as possible. Just a suggestion. Thanks

We loved the pool and big slide! We had it all to ourselves. Food was good and staff was friendly.

Not a like or dislike, but I stayed elsewhere (different city) one time and when arriving after dark they had a light on in the room, very welcoming. I will endeavour to stay at your hotel whenever I need to overnight in your city.

Terrible property
I travel about 200 nights a year in hotels and this hotel charges a 200 dollar deposit for damage people who travel like I do hate having their cards tied up like this for no reason at all 99 percent of hotels I stay in are max 50 dollars and they are nice hotels this was not
It was very noisy I could here the other rooms and the pipes made noises when other quests used them
Just not worth that type of deposit
