Amazing garden and grounds. Rooms need renovation/ update. Lovely hotel an staff

Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. We were initially very excited about this until we realized that although our room was a bit bigger than what we had booked, it only had 3 tiny little windows at awkward heights that looked directly into other guest rooms or level with the pool restaurant diners so we no view of anything and could not have the shutters/drapes open without having people able to peer directly into our room. In the end, when saw the rooms our friends received and looked at our booking confirmation and the website, we wished we’d insisted on being given the lovely room that we’d actually booked with large, bright windows/French doors and a nice outlook rather than the inferior room we had. Our room (#29) did not resemble the airy, bright Jr Suites that you see on the hotel’s website and it definitely did not feel worth what we paid at all.

Beautiful hotel , outstanding service , beautiful hike to the deia beach . Amazing breakfast selection. Located In most beautiful part of Mallorca . The beauty of nature that surrounds the hotel is priceless. Also ,got upgraded
