Simple sophistication !! If you're looking for comfort, customer service and location in NYC without the glitz, the Bryant Park Hotel is a fantastic choice. We had a great stay and can't say enough about Jo and Scott. Jo made us feel like family and spend time with us just making small talk. Very refreshing. YES, we'll definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the Bryant Park Hotel. I received an upgrade to a newly renovated, deluxe room. It was great, super comfortable and nice styling. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

We love the hotel and especially the location right off Bryant Park John at the front desk was super friendly and courteous and very efficient. The rooms all those Spartan were really done. Well the bathroom was quite large. The location was pretty quiet. Downstairs bar was a real treat we did not try the restaurant restaurant.

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and engaging, that made for a great first impression.
The room was spacious with a view of the park. Short walk from Grand Central, easy access to the subway, plenty of restaurants and shopping around.
I stay in the city fairly often and I definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect. Away from the chaos of Times Square but within walking distance of many of the attractions. The subway is super close with numerous lines that can take you anywhere in the city. The park across the street is so lovely. Staff was friendly and super helpful with questions and suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is under construction but you’d never know it. The front desk staff (Shannon) was fabulous - very informative, positive and friendly. Our renovated room is beautiful! The bed is extremely comfortable and the decor is chic. Terrific location right on Bryant Park. This is our new “go to” hotel in NYC.

This hotel has some of the best customer service that I have experienced from check in to check out! The proximity to Broadway was great, it is so conveniently located. The view to the park was divine! You have to deal with street noise but that’s NYC. My first broadway experience was amazing because we felt so well taken care of by the staff. I will definitely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being right on Bryant park. Highly recommended this hotel. Out of the way of the craziness of Times Square but close to all the action. We will stay here again!

The Bryant Park Hotel is one of the New York classic buildings of the 1920s with high ceilings and beautiful marble restrooms and amenities of the 2020s, specifically the renovated units.

The hotel and staff are always excellent. I stayed in a renovated room which was very well done. I did have an issue with valet, after leaving I noticed the contents of my center console had been gone through and moved to the door compartment. Did not notice anything missing but concerning. I know they park at a garage so the car is not under there control but still concerning.

I stayed 1 night. The room was clean and pleasant but no coffee machine and bathroom with a bathtub antiquated (supposed to be a renovated room) instead of a walk-in shower. Hallways unpleasant, poorly lit and of uncertain cleanliness. Personnel jealous of their front curb so I was pressed to move the car promptly. Otherwise great location

We loved our stay at Bryant Park Hotel! We had a newly renovated suite overlooking the park and it was so beautifully designed and very roomy! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the restaurants were great! This hotel is in a great location for walking to local attractions or catching the train. We will definitely stay here again!

Very good location and a nicely renovated room. I’d definitely stay here again if I can stay in a new room. The VIP benefit is worthless if you don’t drink, I don’t need a drink voucher, thanks. Got a bottle of water instead, that should be free regardless and in the room upon arrival. Maybe something besides water would have been worth the VIP status but that’s more an Expedia thing.

This hotel and staff was lovely overall.
We were there for our wedding and they went above and beyond to make it special. I want to thank them especially Jo and Aimee.
There's very few issues I could think of. My only suprise was getting charged for toothbrush and shaving kit.
Otherwise I'd stay there again just will remember my toothbrush.

A wonderful option for a stay-cation for my 39th birthday celebration! Room 1107 had an amazing view overlooking Bryant Park and the queen-size bed was perfect for my gal-pal and I. The staff gave us complementary prosecco to acknowledge my birthday complete with a balloon which was so thoughtful! Amazing shower and tub with all the necessities of home. Can't wait for next year to create an annual tradition!

Best Hotel in NYC!!! We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and there was Prosecco with chocolate truffles waiting for us. Incredible service, lots to do in the park, right by the library and walking distance to Broadway. We will definitely be back:)

We flew to NYC on our way to Madrid. We’ve passed by The Bryant Park Hotel on prior trips & loved the location. The hotel exceeded our expectation! We loved the big room, with sitting area, nice size bathroom. They’ve just completed renovations nd we stayed in one of the newer rooms. Close walking distance to cafes & restaurants & attractions round mid town and theatre district. Scott checked us in - most helpful. Rey helped us with luggage & lots of directions.
