Absolutely horrific stay, literally had zero sleep.
Beds not made up on arrival, we were told to “make them up yourself”. When you are arriving with young children that is a horrific situation.
The room stunk of smoke, and we were told that it is a smoking hotel, but luckily we were given an air freshener!!
Hasn’t been touched since 1970, absolutely disgrace of a hotel.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Hotel andia is a great option if you’re in town for the Running of the Bulls. Lodging is limited during the festival so this was a great option for the price. The hotel is on the older side but they take good care of it and its very clean. The only downside is that its about 2 miles from the center of the action but the bus picks you right up at the front of the hotel so its not even that big of the deal. Everyone uses public transit and its of a much higher standard than what we get here in the US. Another thing that we loved about this hotel was the cafeteria. The cafeteria had great food at affordable prices. They also have a full bar!

What a lovely hotel. Couldn't fault it. From the reception staff to the room everything was perfect. A bus stop right outside the door brings you straight into the city. Would highly recommend

Got a heavy smokers room, had to leave door and window open for an hour, no opportunity to change room. Left window open every time I left the room. Didn´t unpack at all for tree days. Do not ask for room 326.

We loved the Cafeteria adjoining the hotel. Nice variety and good prices. We arrived when all the stores were closed on Sat night and Sunday so this cafeteria was wonderful. The hotel was very nice and night lobby staff really were very helpful.

Not a bad hotel, but I am not sure how this qualifies as a 4* hotel. It's the definition of a 3* hotel. Quite far from the centre, but I guess you are already know this when you book.

We were thoroughly pleased with this hotel ! We reserved a junior suite and loved the jacuzzi and numerous amenities. The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable, and also truly soundproofed. The front desk staff was multilingual and very pleasant. The gym was very nice too. The breakfast was a bit pricey (12€ per adult) but had a wide variety of quality food. Our only regret was that our room had a slight smell of stale smoke. But other than that we were delighted with our stay.

We needed an easily accessible place to stay in or near Pamplona where we could unload our luggage and drive in to visit the city.
Andisa worked really well for that, 10 minutes from the old city, five minutes from the shopping that we needed and the cafeteria (as opposed to the hotel restaurant) where we could get a tortilla or croissant and coffee in the morning which was important since there is not much else around the hotel ...

Good hotel, very clean. The room had a fridge which was very useful for cold drinks. There is a supermarket nearby, 2 mins on foot, and dining options nearby. The WiFi was excellent good enough to stream. I’d stay there again.

Good value hotel on the outskirts of Pamplona. The bus stop into the centre was right outside and the receptionist marked clearly on a tourist map where to get off and where to catch it later in the day. We ate in the cafeteria in the evening and had a very good value meal. Be warned though….. no cooked food before 8.30 pm. The hotel is in a fairly industrial area but worked well for us as we were out all day.

Hotel is ok, nice rooms. Breakfast is good. We did not try the hotelrestaurant, but we did try the hotelcafeteria (lunch/diner). Food was ok, not high quality, not expensive. Pitty there is no swimming pool at hotel. Good connection with bus (stops in front of hotel) to centre of Pamplona. Pitty hotel is located at place where's nothing to do/see.
