Megan is excellent. Water pressure needs repair- toilet and shower. There were some sketchy workers that were smoking weed by the pool, like temp workers, tried to hit on me coming into the building. As a single female traveling alone, probably best to make sure staff is not "looking for love" by random guests who are simply trying to enter the building. That part was unsafe.

Our stay at this hotel we excellent! The room, service, check in process, access to multiple dining options all made this hotel an excellent choice to stay at. Thank you hotel staff and management for making our stay into such a memorable experience.

Fabulous meal!

We liked everything except for the encouragement to visit the breakfast buffet without disclosing it would cost $85 for 3 people.

No a/c and a room that never got below 80 degrees the first night was miserable! They even kept the hallway temperature at 80 degrees making it impossible to cool our room using the floor fan in the fully opened windows to try and bring the cooler air in. Also, the ice machine was broken and it seemed no one knew how to fix it.

Just an average room for an expensive price

Lovely staff. Great location in Snowmass. The property looks a bit old and tired, but I read that they will get a facelift in 6 months, so that should be exciting. I would definitely stay here again.

Four of us (three adults and a one year old) stayed at the Stonebridge Inn. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the pool area and transportation offered by the resort. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed except for breakfast, so we were not able to enjoy the food. Parking was easy and there were so many close shops and restaurants nearby. I would leave a perfect review if it weren't for how uncomfortable our rooms were, temperature-wise. We left both fans going and opened the windows at night, but we still couldn't get cool enough. We did not realize until we were in the room that there was no A/C. I've never been in a hotel room before that wasn't able to get cold enough. We woke up sweaty every morning and the fans are loud. The one year old boy wanted to play with the fans, which caused an extra issue. It's unfortunate that we weren't able to get the best sleep because the room could not cool down! We are thankful for the helpful, kind staff and close amenities!

Nice place. A little old but not bad. Very clean. Restaurant and bar was nice. Lots of parking across the street so if your navigation takes you to an underground garage make a u turn. There's a covered place to unload your bags in front of the hotel not far from the stone bridge.

This is a great budget option in the area. The location is perfect for summer and winter travelers. We wish the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, like the other budget properties in the area. Alas, they have an amazing happy hour that almost makes up for this. Plus, the pool and fitness area are nicer than similar properties on the mountain. We appreciate the move towards eco-friendly toiletries. The only bummer from our point of view is that our room faced the pick up/drop off area. Because the windows remain open at night, sound transfers to the room from outside.

Did not feel safe at property. Sliding glass door did not lock. Maintenance could not get it locked so they gave me a wooden dowel to put down. It was just me and my daughter. I did not get a good night sleep. I told the front desk and they just said “yes we know and will get it fixed”.

Very nice hotel right in the heart of Snowmass village. Room was clean, well maintained, quiet, very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It was easy to check in! I was very shocked at the horrible urine smell on the 5th floor. This place needs some updating!

I loved the area of the hotel and how easy it was to access outdoor areas. Our code for the pool and fitness center did not work during our stay though. Additionally, the rooms while they have a nice rustic charm, they could afford to be a bit updated.

The customer service was excellent; very courteous staff member that checked us in. Checkin was so fast it took only 2 min literally. Parking was free and that was welcome:) the dine in restaurant in the hotel was great; food was v good so was the service. Laundry machines were available that was v useful for us in the middle of a long trip. Aspen downtown was a convenient 15-20 min away.

Not allowed to sit in common patio area, restaurant and pool closes at 8, gave us a room with window facing a wall “what a mountain view”, NO AC in the room

Our unit did not have cable tv... Night staff were of little help, however general manager did what he could to provide consideration for inconvenience...

Very nice and friendly staff

From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. Any questions I had were met with dismissive answers and a bad attitude. The entire vibe of the hotel was cold and unwelcoming. Instead of feeling like a guest, I felt uninvited and out of place.

Great place to visit snowmass

I needed two things in a hotel; location: Snowmass and a hot tub to use after running Ragnar. After checking in, we went to the pool / hot tub area and it had closed at 6:30. We were told that’s not usually the case. The condominium complex who owns the pool closed it, perhaps due to weather. There is no rain, or thunderstorms. I wish we were staying elsewhere with a hot tub.
