Staff was very friendly. But the room they originally gave us had a broken AC so we had to switch rooms. Then the second room had a broken light switch. Literally broken off with nothing covering the area. I caught it before I cut myself thankfully.

We had a reservation for a queen bed and we get 2 double beds. The sheets were stained, mold on the ceiling of shower, lights don’t work, vents on air conditioner broken.

All things considered its a nice stay

I’m not sure if you want my review posted the motel served its purpose we arrived later in the evening and left early morning the next day…pictures posted set an expectation that wasn’t fulfilled

Out dated, but clean. Need to invest in new beds and pillows.

Drains on tub and sink very slow, needs cleaned out. Pool is empty and shouldn't be listed. Carpet has stuff on the side of the bed that needs cleaned. Best sleep I've had though!

Air conditioner was very old and noisy. Carpet was not clean. Small frig freezer didn’t freeze anything solidly. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was adequate.

When one looks past the aging infrastructure, the room was clean, although had an odd smell to it. There was no bathroom fan / air exhaust in the room. While opening bathroom / front window allowed for some air flow, smokers at the front of the building limited this option. The facility technically has a pool, which is prominently listed on their add. The muddy puddle of water at the bottom of the empty pool doesn't look nearly as appealing as the photos. However the facility did not bother to warn that the pool is out of service. The hotel is advertised as having breakfast. Once again, technically they do offer breakfast: plain bagels, toast, plain oatmeal, two types of cereal and Sunny D. There is also a pot of coffee. The breakfast area has two round tables, each with four chairs. In short, it's enough to justify a statement that there is breakfast. My wife also had an unpleasant experience of being woken up by one of the hotel guests banging on the door in the morning, asking her to stop screaming... Not sure if the guest in question was under influence, but this did not improve our impression of the establishment. The hotel did not require a safety deposit, which may contribute to some of the clientele. For a student travelling on a budget, this is a decent place to crash for the night. For anyone like myself, travelling with family / kids, I would strongly advise to stay away from this establishment.

The photos online definitely so only the best of the property, this is and old property. they still use keys for the doors. Having said that it appeared that the room was cleaned as well as the old fixtures and carpet would allow. the price was low so I got what I paid for.

overall very dirty

It was clean and priced right. Not a high end motel but it met my needs.

Ok for a 1 night stay. Decent price but still too much until there are some renovations . Manager/owner nice enough, but couldn’t get my TV to work. Has free WI FI. The bed had clean sheets but the mattress was broken/worn down on sides and had a lumpy ridge in the center. The tub is very slippery when taking a shower and there is no grip rail. The whole room had an overall coating of dust even on the overloaded extension cords. Could use a thorough vacuuming. There is a fridge and microwave. Was not told when booking that the pool is not operational or even filled. Breakfast is toast, cereal and juice “homestyle”.

Rooms smelled of mold. Carpet was disgusting. Breakfast was in the check in area which was very small with very limited food(loaf of bread, sleeve of bagels, cereal). Parking was limited. People towing trailers beware. Pool was out of order(see picture).

Easy on/off the freeway for a late night arrival and brief stay. The room was clean. There was a strong odor of chemicals in the room upon arrival and thankfully there was a window we could open. The only problem was the sink was completely unusable. It was clogged.

Clean but ancient; minimal amenities. Breakfast disappointing.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years, this may be our last. It is an older property and that is one of the reasons we've stayed here. It's affordable and not too bad. This year seemed quite different. The property was much more ran down and not kept up like it had been. A/C didn't cool very well, sink didn't drain, pool was not filled.

Their continental breakfast was very limited and we opted to eat breakfast somewhere else. And the guy at the front desk was there when we checked in, but not very accommodating afterwards.

Cockroaches every where

We booked this based off reviews but refused to stay once we got there. The area around the motel seemed very unsafe. Lots of business in disrepair or boarded up.

Great place and the people were great

Property is older but the rooms were clean. The air conditioner worked well! Booked this location in advance for the outside pool but when I arrived the pool was out of order which was very disappointing. The staff was apologetic and friendly.

Motel was clean but very old. Breakfast is really just sandwich bread and cereal. We booked this place for the pool, however the pool was empty.

property appeared to be built in the late 50’s or early 60’s and not updated since the mid 1970’s or so. The control panel on the A/C unit had a ton of dust on it. There were no free outlets to plug things, like a phone charger, into. Had to unplug a lamp. Furniture looked old and was mismatched. The bathroom was small and dirty. Very glad we only had to stay one night! There was supposably a free breakfast of sorts but did not see anything. The check in / out area of the office seemed also very dirty and unclean, Luckly there was a Perkin’s Restaurant close by for great breakfast.!!

Just a basic low budget hotel

All of the pictures show a pool which is the main reason we booked it. The pool is empty with the exception of a couple inches of brown water in the bottom. The area around the bed was dirty and both the sink and shower faucets were leaking. And the shower had a hole in the wall under one of the faucets. This place needs a lot of maintenance.

Our room was very comfortable and nicely updated. Nicely refurbished older property. The pool is empty with brown water pooling in the deep end. I wasn’t planning on swimming but they probably shouldn’t advertise they have a pool if it’s out of commission.

Just needed a place to sleep after 10 hrs on the road. Very convenient. Fast check in, painless check out.

Came to town for Nebraskaland Days. Super warm in the room as the AC was completely off so it took some time to cool down beings it was over 90°. Beds comfy, had a small fridge. Bathroom was definitely older but all in all clean and friendly. For the very limited time in the room it was perfect for us. — pool was not filled/and didn’t appear that it will be. So call first if that is a deal breaker. I would stay there again - very convenient location!

All as it should be; very good value and clean. Ran by family living on-site, so no sketchy activity to be seen.

Quiet. Easily accessible.
