Was okay. No soaps or toiletries so that ws a bit odd. Other than that price was right and not the worst and not the best either that we have stayed in.

Could have used better lighting in the ♿ accessible room. Couldn't turn on light. The heat was either way to hot, or got to cold popping on & off. Love the prime rib special/bar connected to the motel. Untilized both. ❤️

The toilet seat was unclean, the back of the sink was dirty, the carpet was odiferous, the light by the bed didn’t work& the plug outlets worked till you plugged something into it and then it would quit. The only thing good about the place was pleasant staff. We pulled out at 5 am & since the lobby was locked up we couldn’t get any ice for our travel drinks. Not a good place to stay.

As soon as I opened the door to my room I was punched in the nose by the worst smelling hotel room I have ever been in. The carpet had a thousand stains. I had to go buy air fresheners just to make it through the night. I left extra early just to get out of there. Disgusting would never go back.

I have been unable to check in since the building is locked. I am still outside at this moment trying to get inside to check in so I can get a decent night sleep. Over 35 minutes the reservations team was unable to assist. Please help. 815-793-3215.

My room was not at all clean when I arrived. The beds were freshly made but there was trash piled high in the can. Someone’s old soap and trash in the bathroom, no clean towels available, hair in the shower and the toilet was not clean.
The front desk lady was very helpful and came down immediately to help fix the situation (since there were no other rooms available that I could move to). She cleaned it up as best she could but it really needed a full cleaning by housekeeper.

Drugs on ground trash everywhere at entrance can’t get in and out door smelled horrible unclean mold in toilets could not even open the bathroom door to get to shower

This property while in the midst of renovations was the most expensive hotel on our trip (including a night in Vegas) filthy carpets, beeping smoke detectors throughout the hallways and in the room, hazardous construction areas to walk through. Rude staff. Unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about anything we had to say.

Old and run down. No amenities except for towels, iron and 2 bars of soap. Unsure if the bedding gets washed as I found hair that did not belong to me. Toilet did not flush well. Shower was old and shower head was full of calcium build-up (did NOT take a shower). Only saw 2 employees for the whole building. Area felt unsafe. Definitely not worth the price. Wouldn’t stay there for half of what I paid. Had to learn the hard way as their pictures of the property online were very misleading.

Had a cold shower one morning. No pool. Courtyard is a horrible mess, lawn is dead. Sliding doors have not been cleaned in a while. Very old building, lots of broken windows. Many rooms unavailable and you can see old furniture and mattresses are being stored in those rooms. Remodeling happening but not really sure. Seems like remodeling has been happening very slowly.

the CSR at Frnt Dsk was absolutely AWESOME! Super friendly & super professional!
The view into the courtyard was a bit "SCARY". Pool closed. Items stored in other rooms around the courtyard w/ the drapes open 'for all the world to see'.
I'd still stay there again in the future!

Room was filthy, windows covered in dirt, carpets so dirty and full of stains. Toilet kept flushing itself in the night, you can hear everything going on in the halls. Needs a major deep clean and many things need to be replaced.
