Check-in was easy. Pleasant lobby with good seating. Pizzaria Uno restaurant on-site. Carpet in halls is worn. Some refurbishing would be nice. Comfortable couch in the room. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Aldi's, Family Dollar, Jim's Liquor, Phillips 66 gas station all within a block. Breakfast includes cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruits, eggs, sausage, potatoes, orange juice, cranberry juice, and coffee. No paper listing of television stations so you have to go through all the channels to find what you want. Good sized parking lot.

Overnight it was a wonderful stay.

It was a one night stay to go to the airport in the morning but the suite was great, bed comfortable a little smaller than I am use to but work out ok.

I had the worse stay. When I book my room for 6 people I was supposed to get two beds and a sofa bed I get there the lady at front desk was on her phone she saw me and when back to the office a lady from the restaurant came and ask if I been help she told her I was waiting did say anything. Get in my room only two bed I go to let her know I need it a room with a sofa bed she say they were book didn’t have another room to give me. I ask if I could get a thick comforter she say she didn’t have anymore. I had to sleep on the floor on check out day I ask the lady on the front desk to speak to the manger he was out for the day. It took me 3 days to get in touch with him.he was not even aware of the situation. Only offer $37 refund .

Free airport shuttle. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The shuttle to the train station was so game changing! The drivers were so awesome and they accommodated the stroller too. The rooms were so clean and very comfy. It was just me and my kiddo and the king suite was perfect bc it had two tv’s and the setup with a living area was great with a door between. The pull out couch mattress was not comfy at all but we didnt even use it (my little is only 2.5) but I did pull it out to test it. The sheets, pillows, and blankets were so buttery soft. The fridge and microwave were so helpful for a 5 day trip. Parking was extra since I drove and I wasn’t expecting it but this hotel was so worth it for me. There is also the pizza joint inside that is really yummy too, though there is no continental type breakfast which I think I saw advertised somewhere, but it didn’t bother me. The staff were all so friendly and so helpful! Highly recommend this hotel!

I only needed a place to stay for 8-9 hours. This property was affordable and I could see why. It was dated and the room reeked of smoke. I did not try to switch rooms because I knew it was near capacity that night. It was really convenient to Ohare. Otherwise I'd never stay there again.

Property was nice and priced well. We were able to access the train easily. Did have an issue that needed maintenance. They responded quickly and tried to solve the issue.

The property is clean, but dated. The surrounding properties seem the same and not sure how safe the area is.

They only had 1 elevator working,,5 minutes or more wait..

My experience was bad. Toilet not working. With one flush toilet was clogged. I called front desk. They couldn't offer us another room. So they just brought me a plunger and mats. So I spent next hour fixing the issue and cleaning. This was after an extremely arduous journey. I have writen to the manager. I would appreciate if hotels.com would call them as well. I really would like to be compensated for the hotel stay which turned out to be quite stressful.

The staff was awesome! The space was great. But, the room needed updating. Could not use the couch at all.

Staying at this hotel was a disaster from beginning to end. We arrived at O’Hare at 2am and expected to get a free shuttle to the hotel -as promised when we booked. Instead we waited for 45 minutes and no one came. I had multiple phone calls with the hotel who said they had no idea where their driver was. The woman at the hotel tried her best but kept putting me on hold and leaving me there. In the end we took an expensive Uber to the hotel. For the price, we could have stayed closer and had no wait. In the time we were waiting, we saw almost every other hotel hurtle to by multiple times. We finally got to the hotel around 3:30am. We got up to the room and there were no sheets for the pull out couch. Back doesn’t to the front desk. The woman on the desk couldn’t leave to bri g even to us. No pillows. The room had a huge flood stain in the carpet. The AC was loud and did not work in the living room. I was given the managers card to see if I could speak to him in the morning but he wasn’t available and never called, despite my leaving a phone number. We won’t stay here again and for the price and the lousy service I would recommend that others do not either.

Loved this hotel! Staff was friendly, rooms were comfortable and restaurant was good

I signed up for the airport shuttle for the next morning at 6:00 AM. When I came downstairs at 5:45 AM to check out, the desk person took my key and said Orbitz would send me a receipt. I asked where to wait for the shuttle and her response was, “We don’t have a shuttle today.” A gentleman who was also checking out and who had also signed up to take the shuttle asked if the hotel would be paying for a taxi and the desk person’s response was, “That’s above my pay grade.” When he asked if we could speak with a manager she told us there was no manager on site. She seemed quite unconcerned that promised transportation was not going to be provided. She did call a taxi and I then paid $30 to take the 10 minute ride to O’Hare. The reason I chose this hotel was because they advertised a shuttle that ran 24/7. I think I should have been notified earlier that there was no shuttle and the desk person should have at least apologized and offered an alternative. Zero for customer service.

Shuttle was not available when I arrived even though it said 24/7.

Uncomfortable pillows and woke up with bug bites on legs and feet. Glad I only was there for 1 night.

One of the two elevators was broken. We had to wait 20 minutes for it to clear to get to the lobby for breakfast. Couldn’t take the stairs either because they only go to the 2nd floor. If you go all the way to the ground floor you can only exit the building by setting the fire alarm door off. So unsafe and very inconvenient. Had been driving across the country and out of 7 hotels I stayed in, this one had the worst breakfast. Room was also dimly lit, old, and oddly designed with the bonus room on the other side of the bathroom so the kids felt completely separated from the rest of the family. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I had to book a night due to a flight delay, and chose this hotel because of the good ratings and proximity to the airport. I had pre-paid for the room through Expedia, but when I checked in I was told I had to pay a $50 refundable deposit. I was by myself with no pets. They did at least refund the $50 in the time promised. I had to wake up for my flight at 3:00 am, only I never got to sleep because of the loud music being played until 2 am at the sports bar next to the hotel. This may be out of their control, but a remedy, such as earplugs should be offered. I had purchased food to eat before my flight since it was before breakfast hours. I put the food in the room fridge when I checked in and it was frozen solid when I pulled it out in the morning. Then I went downstairs to get the free shuttle to the airport and the shuttle driver could not take me because the front desk person was MIA. So I ended up paying for an Uber and wished I would’ve just skipped the stay completely, saved my hard earned cash and slept at the airport.

Quiet and clean.

Arrived late at night and needed the shuttle. They were busy so declined our pick up request. Had to get taxi there. Same thing in the morning. The shuttle was already full for the morning, so paid an Uber. No apologies. I would stay with a more reputable hotel.

Everything at this place was bad. The housekeeping ladies were kind and helpful with another room requested by us. I have never complained but this place was horrible. It is overpriced. I am sorry but I will never stay there again.

Initially I thought this wasn’t the best choice for me and my family, however the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good. And everything worked like it should. I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking to save money and feel comfortable.

Too many people from The bar hanging out in the parking lot and it smelled like weed.
