Good hotel - very comfy bed! Minimal towels but could probably have asked for more but no great problem.
Fantastic front desk service - very pleasant guys, extremely helpful.
Fridge in room would have been helpful, and no glasses meant a long walk back to front desk ..

Travelled all over England for a month, this was our favourite hotel. Spacious room, friendly staff, happy hour with good selection, highly recommended.

Bit tired looking, not like the pictures. The walls were paper thin too, could hear word for word what next door were talking about! It’s ok but not what I expected from the pictures and descriptions

Room was very cold as the radiators were not on a few other residents had complained but heating never came on . Bed was comfortable, and room was clean . Check in was swift and good amount of parking out back .

Hotel was lovely, sadly Hotels.com ripped us off, and we had to pay again once we arrived for our stay. They have been no help at all in helping use with a refund only to tell us we are not entitled to any money back . My advise is not to book with Hotels . Com unless you want to be scammed.

Rooms not done each day. Had to go and ask for clean towels and replacement milk, coffee, tea etc. Were not told this at check in. Breakfast OK but had to ask on several occasions to replenish trays which were empty of food. Hotel needs a little bit of TLC as its beginning to look tired. Staff are wonderful and very friendly. Nice to have the facilities of the pool

Hotel stay was good value for money, but the breakfast for £13 each was the worst I've ever had. The hot food was barely lukewarm not visually appealing at all. The tomatoe tasted funny. Lastly swimming in greasy oil. All I attempted was 2 fried eggs 2 hash browns and a tomatoe....had to leave it. Coffee resembled dishwater.

The staff on the reception are great.
The breakfast is truly the worst that i have ever had. I skipped it on the second day.
It looked and tasted like it was made the day before and then left to warm up again on the buffet plates. It is discusting.
The hotel itself has good parking availability and is in a good location. Just get your breakfast somewhere else

Although we have had some issue at checkin, the staff responded properly and fixed all our issues, even granting a superb room for the last day. Extensive breakfast with loads of options. Good food at dinnertime. A recommended place to stay.

A nice two night stay, bed and room comfortable although smelt of smoke and could go with a revamp. The hotel is nice but maybe needs a little tlc, lift was out of order and stairs needed a good vacuum. This would not put us off staying again though a price was reasonable

Hiked the prices due to concert at the stadium. Apart from that its was a nice place to stay. In a goos location.

The leisure centre was great. The swimming pool was clean, although the water could have been just slightly cooler. Happy hour in the bar Sunday to Thursday was a pleasantry, with £3 beers. The hotel is in a great location and close to lots of good value restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Very helpful friendly staff. The pool, steam, room, jacuzzi and sauna were all very clean and enjoyable. Room was really good ,comfy bed, extra pillows and everything to make stay comfortable. Buffet breakfast was really good too. Couldn't fault anything but if pushed would say some updating would improve it..... however there was improvements being made so I'm sure it will be even better next time we stay.

The hotel was better than expected.
With some work it could be very nice.
Lots of potential.
Breakfast was ok.
Pool is smaller than the photo makes it look.
Check out was too early. Check in was too late.
If you want breakfast, pay at reception. It’s cheaper than on here.
I would stay again. The only reason I did not stay another night was because the tariff was £20 per room more.

Booked last minute for an overnight stay on the bank holiday weekend with friends. Clean, comfortable & convenient. Met our needs, would be happy to book in here again for an overnight stay.
