One of the best and cleanest hotels, I’ve stayed at the customer service was easily a 10, very interactive with guest, which made the it even more comfortable to stay at along with the clean rooms. They really value the quality of the establishment.

The location was in a good location on the main highway, but didnt spend much time in the room, but noticed the front lobby was clean and always had cold water

My crew stays here often however, they will not stay anymore. Room on the ground floor seem ok but upper levels smell like mildew and they feel sick. When they check the filters in the AC unit they are full of mold. It is not healthy to stay there. One crew member always removed the filter and washes it out in the bathroom before reinstalling it. The filters are biohazards.

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable beds, free breakfast, great price, convenient location, toilet, sink, counter, and tub were clean
Cons: The room had a very strong mildew odor. We ran the AC fan all night and it was better by morning. The room needed a deep cleaning - Dirty door frames, fingerprints on door, counter molding dirty, refrigerator dirty door sign greasy, Kleenex box cover dirty.

Room had an unpleasant odor when I checked in, almost like wet carpet but got better during my stay. Breakfast choice was very limited. The same menu for my entire stay.

The 1st room had roaches. Had to check out out less then 8 hour later and was told since i booked 3 party a refund of the unused days was not available

The rate paid is much higher than the quality of the hotel and the unpleasant smell of the room and the lack of privacy negatively affected the stay (the noise from the hallway and from other rooms is very loud). Thank you.

I stayed in a room that looked clean but the linens were not clean. The bed coverings smelled of urine odor. The scent was strong. I had a late checked in due to my drive from my travels that was far so I didn’t get to inform the night clerk. Two of the bed linens had stings on the sheets that looked of blood and two pillows smelled of urine odor. The beds were made up but the linens were not clean at all.

Had a dehumidifier in room that was full...should have left then ...it filled overnight. Humidity was horrible...moust carpet when you walked it. Why would they rent 205 with known issue???

The hotel is old and there was mold growing on lamp shades, tge rooms smelled moldy my sinuses were a wreck for several days had to change hotels. The staff was excellent, The staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and fun things to do, helpful and quick to respond to issues.but they are not responsible for the condition of that building.

I loved the structure of it as well as the rooms and the decorations all around.

The room (330) was damp and had a musty odor. There was a dehumidifier in the room which was appreciated, but not strong enough to clear the room. Also, the mattress is ready for replacement. The room was clean, but the furnishing are aged and worn.

I enjoyed my stay at the Quality Inn at Palm Bay. I was there for 1 1/2 weeks and everyone was so friendly and ready to help in any way they could. They even had a laundry facility there that guests can use. This made everything so convient for me. I would stay at Quality Inn no matter whare I traveled to..

The place has terribly old carpeting in the halls and rooms. If not for that and the sketchy people out in their cars getting stoned in the parking lot in the middle of the day, it would have been great. The staff were wonderful and we loved the clean pool.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place smelled very clean and I liked that I saw them replacing shower curtains with clean ones on cleaning rounds. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and convenient stores and a Star Bucks and a Dunkin Donuts. It was great. Will stay again.

I had to add on another day and the manager was extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. I had to check in and out again, give them a second $250 deposit, and they wouldn’t even allow me to sit in the lobby or the breakfast area to wait until a new room was cleaned.
