Amazing views of the harbour and located in a fantastic area! Lots of places to walk to. The room was wonderful, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver!

Embarc is the top floors of the tower and the views are spectacular in every direction. Big suite. Bathroom design is a bit silly - should add a wall, as the tub is next to the bed and we never used it.

The view from the 30th floor room was great, and the service from every staff member was excellent. I was comfortable during my 4-night stay, so I would like to stay at your hotel again if I return to Vancouver.

We originally booked this accommodation based on location and overall facilities (suite with kitchenette). The bed was comfortable, the suite size was good, the shower terrific. Air conditioner worked well, but was a little noisy cutting in/out a lot. Sheraton reception and baggage staff were welcoming and helpful. Check in time 4pm and checkout time 10am could be improved to current standard of 11am checkout/3pm checkin, but Embarc is separate to the Sheraton, albeit in the same building and Sheraton staff handling the checkin/checkout process. We would have preferred inclusion of a washer/dryer/stovetop to make the stay perfect.

As other reviews, it was hard to find out the entrance at the first time. However, the valet parking was easy after that. The rooms are located at the high floor of the hotel building, so the view was amazing. Overall, it was good stay.

I thought the rooms were nicely equipped with all we needed. Lots of room. Room service was more like skip the dishes so was a little different. Loved the members lounge and pool area as well. Would definitely stay there again

It was hard to find at first but I found it, it's in the Sheridan hotel building, and parking was hard to find at first but it's right below.

The suite was spacious and clean. The views were gorgeous! We had everything we needed for our family in the room. The design of the floors were really nice too. We used the members lounge quite a few times to get some work done during the week. Pool area was great and clean.
We were surprised that there was no food available in the restaurant or bar/lounge after 10pm. There were a lot of hungry people around.

Excellent hotel. Our only concern was my wife used the members lounge on the 29th floor to get caught up on some work. The consierge showed up and started playing music. The music was loud enough to effectively chase her out of the lounge.

One of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed at in Vancouver! The view was 10/10, huge floor to ceiling windows along the entire length of the room. Cute little kitchenette area. Very clean, the location was great, walking distance to everything downtown. The staff and manager were so nice, I accidentally booked for July instead of June, so we showed up a month early for our reservation. Instead of telling me I’m a dummy and turning us away (as they were totally entitled to do) they were so friendly and accommodating and did everything they could to ensure we still had a room and an amazing trip. 12/10 would recommend!

Had so much fun, the view was amazing from the 28th floor of this building and everything was clean as could be. Such a great unit!

I stayed in a one bedroom, two bathroom suite. The suite had everything I needed- comfortable bedding, many towels, a kitchen with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, dishwasher. The view was amazing! The front desk staff were all kind, efficient and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this property in the future.
