Just a nice comfortable stay

The property was wonderful! It was more like a resort than a hotel. Parking was free and accessibility to the hotel was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice, affordable hotel in Maricopa.

Amazing experience. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom/shower was large. The views weee also amazing. In the morning it was great to watch a sunrise.

First time staying here. There are three different lines for check in, so I wasn’t sure which line I should be in, but since I was the only person in line at 3:45 pm I didn’t think it mattered but it did. I was yelled at from the counter by an older lady and she said - are you a diamond member!! I said no and she yelled at me- you need to go stand in that line! It was not a good way to be greeted. So for future reference if you’re a normal person you need to stand in the line that’s says seven sisters. How would we know that??? Anyway, when I did make it to the check in counter Logan did a fine job and made up for the rude lady with the short grey hair and glasses. The casino and rooms are clean. We played slots and lost money which is expected, but no bonuses and the money went fast.

The staff were amiable and professional. The room was tidy, and the beds were cozy. Service requests were handled promptly. The property provided multiple dining options. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I plan to stay there again.

Well, it took 3 door cards to open the room door. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Was ok spacious. Food was pricey and just average. Most of the staff were not so nice to new people.

Well, to start I arrived at the place 40 mins early and went to check in and I was told that in order to check in I would have to pay a $35.00 dollar early check in fee? We went to the room and it smelled like smoke?The room was not very clean and their was only one USB phone charger plug and it was by the window? only one chair in the room and the king size bed sucked and the pillows where the size of a 18" x 18" outdoor pillow? This was the worst sleep that I ever had?After the first night we thought that they would clean the room because we where gone all day and into the night and they did not? Had to use the same linen again day. Well when we finally checked out we informed them of the issues and they said that because we used a third party to book the rooms that is why we where in the un-remodled rooms?

The resort is very nice but really needs an upgrade on the meals in all restaurants. Best meal is breakfast at Agave.
Also, left a necklace in the room #745 and talked with security and housekeeping and they say it wasn't turned in.
I guess I had hoped that there were still honest people.

They use the power saving system where the room isn’t fully functional without a key in the room. Problem is the AC s barely working before you get there. Step into a west-facing room at 5:00 on an August afternoon and it takes a LONG time to cool off. Everything else was fine.

No microwave on the entire property. They will let you take your leftovers up to the room, have a fridge in the room for you to put them, but then they have no microwave. I know this is an ongoing problem because as soon as i asked anyone they all jump to say the exact same line "no microwave on the entire property!!". The onsite restaurants could at least tell you instead of boxing up your food and sending you back to your room without saying anything. No maid service unless you stay over 4 days (we stayed 3 and had to go looking for towels). They overcharge everything. At the end of the second day my wristband fell apart and then fell off somwhere and they made a big deal about me needing to have the old one in order to get a new one. If i knew where it fell off, I wouldn't need a new one.

Staff was very friendly and the check in was very quick. My hotel was clean as well when I arrived. Mine and my fiance's experience was great.

Only complaint is that the pool was shut down early due to monsoon weather even though it only lasted 15 minutes.

We love this property we come here every year. We tried to check in a little bit early which is not uncommon for a lot of people. The agent at the front desk was not very accommodating. And never have I ever been told there’s a $35 early check-in fee in my entire entire life. Besides that we love this property and we had an excellent time.

Worst hotel experience. You can’t breath or move in this place without a security guard on your back. Absolutely not family friendly, everything closes early. Your kid can’t walk to the bathroom (when you are ordering food at a restaurant right by the bathroom) without security waiting for them outside of the bathroom to bring them back. Worst experience ever and won’t be back.
