The jacuzzi did not get hot and the pool was also cold , that was the reason for my stay

Peaceful place to stay and close to a lot of things in the area. Pool just need to be updated as the floors were old & rusty looking

King room with fireplace was spacious, comfortable, and well-done, hotel had recently been renovated. Lobby with big fireplace also inviting. The only downsides: Public sauna tub was broken (that seems to be the case everywhere I go of late!), and midweek breakfast buffet was quite sparse, having only self-service waffles and some pastries and juice available--the commissary truck full of fruit, milk, cereal, eggs, meat, and more showed up as we were checking out! Set back from the road, so quieter than average.

The hotel provided a romantic experience because of its comfortability and convenience located in Rehoboth Beach. The attendant at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The hotel does not have an elevator which makes it hard on those having a lot of luggage to carry up to the second floor using the front stairs or for those having bad ankles or knees. The lobby area is beautiful designed with comfortable chairs, tables and a warm gas fireplace. There is designed area for coffee, tea and water for those staying at the hotel and plenty of parking spaces.

This hotel makeover from Americinn, at first it was very impressive, large clean parking lot, dog walking area with lounge chairs, inviting lounge, large pool area, clean hall way into large clean room. Very impressive for sub $100 hotel. Although, there were some rush spots near the door area in the bathroom. I really like the clean large room with large LCD TV, refrigerator and a micro. 24/7 self-serve coffee/tea/hot water area by the front desk. Free breakfast (continental) consists of Waffles, bagels, Eng muffins, some pastry, cereal, milk, juice and coffee. Large pool area (not heated) and large hot tub. This is very pet friendly hotel. After two nights, I realized some short falls do make me think over my future stay. However, even with my Platium membership with IHG, Marriott and Wyndham, at this price point, it will most likely a choice in the future. 1. Room doesn’t have any closet or drawers, so you will have to live off your bag. It does have a rack with 3 coat hooks and enough for 2 bags on top and 2 underside. 2. If you need a hair dryer, you have to go ask front desk. 3. Maybe it was our room located at the end of hall but whenever someone’s room door closed, I would hear banging noises, which started to become a bothersome issue. 4. Lights, bath area was well lit, but the room only had one lamp by the bed, so if you are at a table, it was bit dim. (it had a table with two chairs but no desk.)

Great price and accommodations. Clean property and comfortable beds. Pet friendly is a plus since I travel with my dogs.

Indoor Pool out of order. That was a big factor

Please know that this hotel is more of a motel. The linens were kind of clean as long as you don’t look at the dirty mattress cover. There was no closet in the room and no shower door it was like showering on a camp site. Couldn’t check in early without a fee which is fine just not nice especially that it was not sold out.

The staff at front desk was very unpersonable. Carpeting in halls was disgusting. Too dog friendly for me as well.

What a cute little place, the staff was so nice and thoughtful. The manager was so sweet and kind. This was my first time in this area and I will be back! Beds were comfy and it was very clean!

End up staying another night in area, Manager upgraded me to a jacuzzi room which was very heartfelt and I’m thankful for. I received a tragic heartbreaking phone on this trip and she made it a little better. Thank you again so much!

Upgraded to a spacious room with a fireplace so that we could early check-in for a very reasonable fee. Liked that the fliers were not carpeted. Location was a quick drive to everything. King size bed was so comfortable if we were not at the beach could have stayed in it all day.

The property was in poor repair - carpets in hallways were filthy, the side door was not secure, making the building accessible to anyone. There were splatter stains on the walls in the room and no hangers to hang clothes in the room. Sergio was nice & accommodating and we were able to check-in early. Upon check-in, Michelle the GM gave us attitude about our 2 service dogs when I questioned signing the agreement that confirmed a charge for each dog.

We stayed here because they let dogs stay. I was pleasantly surprised that there wasn't any odors at all. We never heard barking at night. We would stay again.

Not sure they have put a dollar towards the hotel since it opened… the front desk folks super nice but the place in desperate need of attention.

this is a dog friendly property, so keep that in mind. The carpeted areas could use some TLC. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and I would recommend.

Nice room great location and staff

This hotel is disgusting and dirty. The room had mold all over the ceiling, and the bathroom door knob was hanging off the hinges. The young male at the front desk had a rude demeanor, and stated that if we wanted to check in before 2:30 pm (it was after 1:30 pm when we arrived) that it would be a $20 fee. Normally I would not mind that, but there was only one car in the entire lot, so I knew they were not busy. In the 4 nights we were there our room was not cleaned once, despite us leaving the room early on most days, and not having the "do not disturb" on the door. NEVER AGAIN!

This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed. The hallway carpet looked filthy, the area around the pool and hot tub were visibly dirty, with some black growth on the ceiling in the pool area, and the paint was chipped everywhere there. The breakfast was very weak without fruit and protein choices. There were many guests with dogs and some of the dogs barked a good bit. Our room had dirty spots on walls, lampshade, doors. One of my kids got stuck in the bathroom because the lock broke. However, the hotel was quick to intervene. Overall, we felt that the hotel was way overpriced for what was offered, but the staff was very nice and helpful, and surprisingly our beds were comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely clean and we had a comfortable evening. Breakfast was fair. I loved the waffle maker. I wish there were more protein options but it was ok.

It was in a great location, and the grounds were clean. It's rated fairly as a good option. I would come back again, unless I wanted to step it up a notch. But I was satisfied with its cool vibe & offerings.

People were smoking marijuana and our room smelled like wet dogs; the floors on the first floor were dirty and very discolored. The bathrooms en suite were filled with rust, slow drainage, and other discolorations. The remotes were covered in sticky film and did not function properly. It was gross. We, initially, thought we were attending a newly renovated hotel at a great value. But the renovations were simply to cover the fact that it's an older building. I am glad we only stayed for one night and weren't in the room much. Thankfully, that was not our main accommodation for the duration of our trip and we decided to stay somewhere else for the remainder of the week.

Room was not ready for 25 minutes. Once we got into room the sheets were dirty with yellow stains and human hair. The bathroom had hair in shower and floor. They quickly agreed to change the sheets and all the blankets. We waited another half hour while this took place. I tried to cancel the room but they would not give me a refund. I called Hotels.com and they would not give me a refund either. We had to stay. The person on duty said he could not make the decision to give us money back because he was not the manager. I seriously think he was the manager. We stayed and it was not bad after all this drama. The breakfast was good and he have us late checkout till 12. This is the only reason is am giving them a three stars on service. Please be aware the rooms are not refundable. Please check the sheets before getting into bed. The welcome bag with water and snacks was nice. I have to admit.

Convenient to Rehoboth area.

The room itself is simple, no frills, but clean and quiet. The pool area and bfast is dismal. They also charge $20 for an hour early check in.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and modern, and breakfast was very nice.

Lobby smelled of marijuana the whole stay, which infiltrated our room. Mold growing all over the ceiling in the pool area. Room smelled like spoiled milk. Floor had liquid spilled all over it, handprints all over windows. No dresser to put clothing, small dirty closet with no hangers. Bathroom was nice and clean and had decent water flow, but shower drained very slowly. Front desk was very courteous and the best part of our stay.

I paid extra for the hot tub in the room, only to have it not work. When asked front desk, they did nothing to assist nor resolve.

You can tell the property has been renovated. It lleas very clean and fresh. Tubs and sinks need refreshing but not awful at all. Safe, quiet, and pet friendly. Very nice would stay again.
