We were able to bring our dog which was a bonus. The room as wll as hotel very clen. Coffee maker in room was a plus. Very nice Continental Breakfast. I would recommend to family and friends coming to Rohoboth DE

The staff was friendly. The room was dirty. Hair in the tub, what we Hope was candy in the mattress in the pull out beds, dirt on the floor, etc. Pet hair all over. (We booked a pet-free room due to allergies.) The bathroom was tiny, which isnt a huge deal but seemed odd given the space of the room and that it was supposed to sleep 5 people... and the tub had a random patch in it w/mildew or mold growing on it. The pool was also ICE cold- apparently the heater was broken. Same story with the hot tub. The issue with the pool was extremely disappointing as we booked specifically to use it and even called 2 days ahead to make sure it was open and operational & we were advised it was- what a disappointing experience....

It was very disappointing that the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub did not work. One of the reasons we choose this hotel was because there was a pool and hot tub. the rooms were nice the breakfast was good the staff was kind.

The jacuzzi did not get hot and the pool was also cold , that was the reason for my stay

Peaceful place to stay and close to a lot of things in the area. Pool just need to be updated as the floors were old & rusty looking

King room with fireplace was spacious, comfortable, and well-done, hotel had recently been renovated. Lobby with big fireplace also inviting. The only downsides: Public sauna tub was broken (that seems to be the case everywhere I go of late!), and midweek breakfast buffet was quite sparse, having only self-service waffles and some pastries and juice available--the commissary truck full of fruit, milk, cereal, eggs, meat, and more showed up as we were checking out! Set back from the road, so quieter than average.

The hotel provided a romantic experience because of its comfortability and convenience located in Rehoboth Beach. The attendant at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The hotel does not have an elevator which makes it hard on those having a lot of luggage to carry up to the second floor using the front stairs or for those having bad ankles or knees. The lobby area is beautiful designed with comfortable chairs, tables and a warm gas fireplace. There is designed area for coffee, tea and water for those staying at the hotel and plenty of parking spaces.

This hotel makeover from Americinn, at first it was very impressive, large clean parking lot, dog walking area with lounge chairs, inviting lounge, large pool area, clean hall way into large clean room. Very impressive for sub $100 hotel. Although, there were some rush spots near the door area in the bathroom. I really like the clean large room with large LCD TV, refrigerator and a micro. 24/7 self-serve coffee/tea/hot water area by the front desk. Free breakfast (continental) consists of Waffles, bagels, Eng muffins, some pastry, cereal, milk, juice and coffee. Large pool area (not heated) and large hot tub. This is very pet friendly hotel. After two nights, I realized some short falls do make me think over my future stay. However, even with my Platium membership with IHG, Marriott and Wyndham, at this price point, it will most likely a choice in the future. 1. Room doesn’t have any closet or drawers, so you will have to live off your bag. It does have a rack with 3 coat hooks and enough for 2 bags on top and 2 underside. 2. If you need a hair dryer, you have to go ask front desk. 3. Maybe it was our room located at the end of hall but whenever someone’s room door closed, I would hear banging noises, which started to become a bothersome issue. 4. Lights, bath area was well lit, but the room only had one lamp by the bed, so if you are at a table, it was bit dim. (it had a table with two chairs but no desk.)
