My flight from Buenos Aires to Mendoza was cancelled due to a strike by pilots which grounded all domestic flights on September 13/14. Consequently, I was unable to travel to Mendoza. I made a generous offer to the Park Hyatt, recognizing that the pilots strike was also inconvenient for the Park Hyatt Mendoza. Unfortunately, the Park Hyatt management rejected my offer, so I absorbed 100% of the hotel cost due to an event that was out of my control.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The building itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but it is clear that it has not been well-maintained. The lack of upkeep is evident in the worn-out furnishings and outdated facilities.
Additionally, the service was subpar and did not meet my expectations. Staff were not very attentive or helpful, which added to the overall negative experience.
Considering the high price, I expected much better. The value for money is simply not there. It’s far too expensive for what it offers in its current state. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Despite being an old construction, the hotel is very well preserved. The staff is very cordial and friendly. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel and its restaurants are not either. The breakfast buffet for $35 dollars is too expensive for what is offered.

The service is excellent. All the staff members were amazing. Food was great at the hotel also. The hotel is in perfect location, walking distance to beautiful park, top notch restaurants and wine shops. Mendoza is a beautiful city. We stayed at this hotel twice and it didn’t disappoint.

Good location with excellent dining options within walking distance. The hotel staff were very courteous and professional, overall a good place to stay. If I have to mention something that needs improvement it would be the pool furniture that it is old and decaying.

We stayed a total of 4 nights and would definitely return. Service was great all around but especially at the hotel bar with Federico and Augustin making high class cocktails. They are very talented. The bathroom was spacious and included a nice tub and very big shower. It's perfectly located in the center of town which is very convenient

The hotel is definitely showing signs of aging. It is time for an update. Carpet worn in the room. Room decor is aged. Some staff were great, and others no so attentive. I went for a drink my last night at the outside bar, and I waited 15 minutes for someone to help me with a drink. I gave up. On the other hand, the wine sommelier (Marcia) in the main restaurant was very helpful and arranged a tasting for me. She is amazing. The price (over $500) for a night in this hotel is not worth the value.
