Hotel 4 étoiles qui en vaut 2… le lobby est tres moderne mais lorsqu’on entre dans la chambre c’est la déception. Vieil aménagement , une seule prise dans la chambre , décoration tres froide (pas de déco) , murs crépi blanc , et salle de bain datant d’avant guerre . Cependant accueil très chaleureux

The receptionist was very friendly but as for the room we expected better for a 4 star hotel. The room and bathroom was very basic. The location was nice and we had free onsite parking.

Good location but room was worn.. room could do with an upgrade to match the foyer! All just very average.

Location, friendly and clean. Nothing too much trouble. Bar area and terrace modern with plenty of seating will definitely return and would recommend to all.

Not 4*, more like 3*, as room facilities were comfortable but basic with no added extras at all. Hotel definitely caters to pilgrimage guests so individual guests like us felt second class, especially at breakfast. Breakfast breads and pastries were very good; other items were basic and service was a lottery with staff seeming overworked. On the plus side, the hotel location was handy for the town and there was a large free car park 200m away.

The hotel is very nice and beautiful. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. We loved the hotel, location, cleanliness and breakfast. Also, we loved the town of Lourdes. We had enjoyed our stay.

Close to the shrine. People very friendly. Parking safe.

It's a hospital, not a hotel. I understand the guests that it caters for but that doesn't excuse the rooms.

The hotel was ok but felt very much like a hospital and the restaurant looked like a nursing home dining room. We didn’t realize that most of the guests in Lourdes are Ill and that the whole town caters for them. Nearly all the shops sell religious tourist souvenirs and all but one restaurant was catering to the same market. We found the town quite depressing

Nice hotel with great staff

When we arrived, at night, the Hotel was all dark, like closed, next to the Hotel was Hotel De Alba, they received me and explained to me they tried to call me to inform they upgrade me to another Hotel, better ranked and better located. And indeed, Hotel Eliseo was a surprise for my party. So far I will trust in this chain of Hotels again, decent and trustful.

They could have atleast provide a kettle and iron and ironing board which is basic for all hotel. Breakfast is very basic.

Nice staff but otherwise super basic and just a place to sleep.

Check in was good and staff very nice but room was very warm and Ac was not working properly but later they rectified the issue. Wifi service is extremely poor in rooms but overall the hotel in a nice location near the river and close walk to sanctuary . This hotel is ok for one night where u spend most of the time outside but definetly not four star

This hotel was set up to handle bus tours to Lourdes.

good hotel. a bit far to the attractions, but Lourdes is all small. did not use my car. They had a free parking which is good.

Clean place, nice location. The staff has done everything they could to make our stay comfortable.

Basic rooms. No kettle or iron. No room service. But very clean, great staff and brilliant atmosphere. Nice car park and resturant. I Just wish it had 24 hour roomservice.

The staff are friendly. Reasonably good for a short stay in Lourdes.

Hotel was just what we required, clean and well located. All the staff were friendly and professional and most spoke more than one language, esential in a place like Lourdes. Only one thing marred our stay and that was the air conditioning didn't work and if you opened the patio windows there was the continual noise from the vent plant - catch 22. We complained a number of times but the air con couldn't be fixed, at least during our stay. We would still recommend this hotel though as the good points far outwayed the bad - just request a room away from the plant so that the windows can be opened if required. Finally, parking is advertised and there is parking available but is very limited. Fortunately for us this was not a problem but it is something to beware of when you stay at this hotel.

Staff are very nice and want to accomodate u. The rooms are outdated. No shampoo. Clean enough to stay in. I think it's one of the best in the area.

The accomidations were sutiable for a trip to the Lourdes sanctuary. Reasonably priced, moderately comforatble rooms. The service is friendly and helpful. The Sanctuary is about a half mile walk.

Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We ate out most nights to experience more of the area but breakfast is worth having at hotel. But breakfast table doesn't get replenished too quickly after. 8.30am so if you are peckish make sure you get there earlier. Reception staff particularly friendly & helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel.
