Convenient to train but a bit far from old town (even for an active walker). Bus or cab is best option. Nice new hotel adjacent to old hotel it replaced.

The check-in process was very pleasant. The front desk person gave us a recommendation for a very nice pizza restaurant. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good for 10€ a person. Would recommend it.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They stored our bikes for us for a few days while we vacationed with our family in Venice. Would highly recommend.

Excellent staff who really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Close to the train and bus station, and the hotel provide free bikes for an easy journey into the centre of town if you don’t fancy the 25 minute walk. Rooms immaculate and much needed powerful air con!

Fabulous holiday cannot fault anything great area and great choice for breakfast and hope to be back there next year.

Best place we’ve stayed at during our trip (out of 10)! The AC was fantastic, the room looked great, it had a fridge, the view isn’t pretty but at least the windows are large. We didn’t have their breakfast so I can’t tell you about that.

Helpful friendly staff

Our stay at hotel was pleasant. Room was clean and staff was very courteous. Train station is just 8 to 10 minutes walkable distance and that was very helpful.

The location of Novo Hotel Rossi is perfect - just 5 min ftom the train station amd bus stop for the center. The hotel is excellent in terms of comfort and room size, perfect clean, friendly staff. While outside in Verone was very hot, the air condition in the room was swithched on and we found the room cool. When we were leaving for walk, we asked the staff to turn the a/c off for the time when we were not in. Later in the evening we came back and asked the staff to switch it on again. He set it to 23C. We felt this was too cool and turned it off completely. There at the corridor the temperature was cool as refridgerator. I told the staff it doesnt need to be so freezing. While I was up and down to the bar, while I was waiting for the elevator, I began to sneeze. It was that cold in the corridor for no reason. I thought how does the hotel covers the electricity bill when using the a/c so irresponsible. Beside this, all was excellent.

Problems with the air conditioning- couldn't turn on in the room, had to ask twice at the desk for hotel staff to turn it on, and it leaked. Very close to train station, but the area around the train station feels sketchy. Also, not easy to walk into town given the busy major street crossings (confusing too) and crossing through the train station area.

Spacious enough, bright new looking room, comfy bed, good size bathroom and shower. Lovely view from 6th floor facing north. Handy location for train/bus and airport transfers. Staff ar friendly and courtesy bicycles came in handy. TV could be bigger...otherwise thumbs up.

The hotel is basically new. Very clean and had a pleasant stay. Beds were very comfy, air con was great and quiet. 5-8 mins walk from the main bus & train station so perfect if you are just over night or arriving late. There is not a lot in the area around the hotel and didn’t spot any bars/restaurant in the area. It’s a good 20 mins yomp into edge of the main historical town from the Hotel. We only had 2 nights there and the staff were great and the hotel was perfectly acceptable. If I was staying longer then somewhere closer to the main areas would have been better. However if I was staying longer, I’d recommend going to one of the towns around Lake Garda instead as it was beautiful there!

Good for family stay

Nice hotel within short distance from Verona main rail station. Only negative aspect we found was very noisy aircon in rooms. It actually sounded like an intruder alarm going off so could not be left running while trying to sleep. Staff were great though and did their best to help. Not a lot close by in terms of bars or restaurants, so approx 15min walk into town to find any.

We stayed one night, the hotel is very clean and fresh, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was also good, with a good variety of food choices, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, they kept our luggage before checking in and after departure without any problem and parking was easy, a 5 minute walk to the station, and 20 minutes to the city, there isn’t any facility to make drinks in the room, but there are cafes and eateries at the train station and a free refrigerated bottle of water is provided. We would definitely recommend

The Novo Hotel Rossi was a great choice for our family. Their location is a 5 minute walk from the train station. We used Verona as a hub to go to other cities but ended up loving Verona, it was our favorite city in Italy! The hotel staff was so nice and very helpful with all our requests. The room and bathroom were extremely clean and spacious. The hotel is only 4 years old and was very modern. They offered a good breakfast with many options. We did have to take a taxi to the arena and that was a quick 5-7 min drive. Overall, this was a great property with a very friendly and helpful staff. Do not hesitate to book this property, Verona is a dream!
