Nice, clean and close to everything

We stayed here (two adults, two teens and our puppy) for two nights. It was clean and quiet and a great home base. Good breakfast each morning too.

Overall good property. Could have more dining options/on site options for lunch/dinner.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The room, lounge and pool area were all very clean and well maintained. Beautiful view from the dining area.

Great hotel to stay at when you visit the Mendocino Coast.

The views from the room were ok. The indoor pool and hot tub were great (pre-entry shower took some figuring out). Access is a breeze and there was plenty of convenient parking. The complimentary breakfast and eating area was very good. There's a few eateries and a nice grocery store within walking distance. The beach is walkable but a good stretch, across a busy road.

Property is at good location

Very nice property will possibly stay here again. What we did not like is the black sliding door was found not sliding correctly until it finally came off.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Holliday Inn express Fort Bragg. The staff were kind and welcoming. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing each morning with a great variety of things to choose from. Our five year old especially liked the pancake machine. Staff was very accommodating to our needs as far as a room and were o. Rop of ensuring that we were in a room not designated for animals due to allergies. Will definitely stay here next time we are in town.

Absolutely unsafe. They stated it was a pet friendly hotel. When we arrived we asked where we could take our dog to use the restroom, they pointed us to an area in-front of a freeway. As well as, there was homeless people living in the area that dropped down next to the freeway yelling at night when we would take our dog out to use the restroom. It was advertised to have a very green and grassy area, but it was mostly dried grass with foxtails. I personally feel there should have been a fenced off area for the dogs especially since it is in-front of a major roadway. When we arrived we met the lady at the front desk who was very rude and still charged us for our service dog even though it was stated through Expedia we had a service dog coming with us. We later asked her for a receipt which she denied us because we booked it thought Expedia. And we had issue with our AC Unit, and we had issue getting towels etc. Overall, would not recommend if you’re staying for more than a night.

Location of the property

Looks old from outside but inside they have everything you need for an excellent vacation. Breakfast was awesome.

The property is situated in the perfect location, very close to all the fun things to do in Fort Bragg. The room was clean and tidy, staff was kind and we as a family of four had an amazing stay at this property

The hotel's prime location is its standout feature, offering convenient access to key attractions. The staff's attentive service also adds to the positive experience. However, the exorbitant room rates are not commensurate with the amenities provided. Surprisingly, for a hotel in this price range, complimentary bottled water is absent from the rooms, and the breakfast options are disappointingly sparse. While I understand that premium pricing during the Memorial Day long weekend is common, the value proposition here is questionable. Even holiday demand doesn't fully justify the mismatch between the high cost and the limited amenities. The hotel excels in location and service but falls short in offering the level of comfort and value one would expect at this price point, even during peak travel periods.
