The room we stayed in was big, clean and nice. The shower was great.

I was disappointed that there was no in-room coffee. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for 2 nights when visiting Ocean cityand their beaches. It is much cheaper to stay here instead of Ocean city area. It is only about 30 mins drive and you save alot of money comparing to same hotel in Ocean city. The room was nice, not the biggest but clean. It was thin walls so you could hear neighbors. But it didn’t bother us much anyway. Free wifi, worked well, free parking in safe area and breakfast included. It worked to fill you up for a start.

This is such a nice little motel. It’s right, but for an overnight for five of us it was just what we needed. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds were super comfy. Air conditioner was nice and cool. The staff were very helpful. A great place to experience Ocean City without all the city crowds.

I’m getting charged a smoking charge where I clearly don’t smoke no way to prove that I don’t smoke but they swear they smell something from the room be absolutely nasty. From the bed have a piece things on the side of it from the sink falling apart hole in a shower head just crazy. I wish I would’ve took pictures, but I like you stay somewhere else.

It was clean and convenient place to stay.

We had a nice experience here. The rooms were clean, our floor was quiet, the breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The only thing I didn't like was that there wasn't a iron in the rooms. If you booked more than one room you would have to get a iron from the front desk and share it with the other rooms you booked

Rooms are smelly, not fresh. Bathroom not cleaned . Bedsheets and pillow sheets doesn’t look clean.

Everything was fine with the check in. We got to the hotel at 1am and went straight to bed. Once there was a horrible odor in the bed and then my started to get wet. Someone had urinated in the bed previously and it was either not noticed or the bed was just made without putting on clean sheets, and it was not properly cleaned. It was the last room they had and it was a handicap room. My wife got up immediately and took a shower and found that the shower was terribly unclean. Then after their inspection blamed my wife for urinating in the bed. Terrible clealiness. and all her clothes smelld like urine. To blame the person who turned it in is just not good business practice at all, when she in fact did not do it, just shameful to think they would blame her. .

Nice room and very clean. Courteous staff

Had to move rooms, water in shower would not heat up. Small gym had no ac and was very warm. The staff did not know how to turn on the ac unit. Otherwise a fine, mid level hotel. The beds are comfortable and the free breakfast is a nice amenity.

We were on the first floor near lobby and were up bright and early because of the youth baseball team running the hall and enjoying the breakfast in the lobby. No carpet. Very loud. Request NOT to be on first floor

The shower walls were dirty as well as the counter in front of the tv. The employees were very attentive and courteous. Free breakfast is a plus.

The beds were very comfortable! The elevator was an issue for the first and second day it stopped working randomly and we had to use the stairs. Other than that it was a good hotel I’d definitely stay at again

The pictures are much better than the actual place. Room renovations were not given full attention leaving gaps in flooring and baseboards. Walls in room were completely scuffed. Microwave wasn’t cleaned properly. Toilet has some stuff on it. But the bed was clean. Not horrible in its entirety. Would most likely pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time. Great option for a lower budget though.

The staff were very nice. The breakfast was adequate but not amazing. The rooms could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms.
