This property was perfect for my family which included myself, spouse, and six 20 something yr old's. We also had 2 friends and a mother in law stay in the casita attached to the house. This place is fully equipped down to the detail. Towels, crock pot, excellent WI-FI, kayaks, patio chairs, 5 gallon water cooler and grill just to name a few. The owners even gave us a credit for an overnight power outage that was out of their control which affected most of Los Conchos section 2. Shary was great in her response time and accommodated every single request we made. We definitely will be staying there again. Thanks Shary and owners for a great family vacation!

This was our 4th time staying at Casa de Colores! It’s clean, roomy, perfect for a large crowd. The location is minutes away from town, but far enough away to feel secluded. The beach is clean and fairly unpopulated. The only complaint is the refrigerator. It needs to be bigger to accommodate all the food 16 people need for a week, however, it’s not a deal breaker. We will return.

Shary was fast responding to anything we needed. We had three families with kids ranging from 4 to 15 and we had an absolutely wonderful time! We will definitely be staying here again!!

We went to spend Christmas and it was perfect the kitchen is extremely well equipped and the house is roomy everyone felt comfortable we honestly have no complaints … we will be returning

Pretty house, right on the water. Couple of issues…oven didn’t work, no outlets in bathrooms, need to bring extension cords and TV was impossible to figure out for NFL on Sundays. Otherwise a nice stay.

This place is so fantastic! Communication was clear and punctual with the host. The property itself is right on the beach and the host provided kayaks and beach towels. It is the perfect place to stay!

This trip was my family’s first vacation post COVID-19, prior to the pandemic Las Conchas has been our go to vacation destination. Obviously we were super excited to get back to a place we all love and look forward to each year. We wanted a place large & comfortable enough to host my family, my cousin and her little ones and my best friend, husband and children. This home was beyond perfect. The main house fulfilled and met my cousins and my family’s needs and the casita housed my friends family. We were able to be in two comfortable spaces in the same home, the patio is where we could all gather and catch up as one family. The kayaks were available to us and made our water time that much more enjoyable. This trip meant everything to all of us, being able to watch the joy and excitement of children experiencing the ocean for the very first time to viewing the beautiful strawberry moon rise and illuminate the sky above the beautiful oceans surface. This was more than a family vacation, this was soul food. If you’re looking to vacation with multiple families/friends this home will meet and exceed your needs. We already look forward to our 2022 Summer Vacation in this little piece of paradise

We came down with the kids and grandkids. The location is just perfect , the home is beautiful, well-stocked and clean. The property manager is quick to reply and welcomed any questions we had .

Beautiful on the beach property! Spacious, clean and comfortable.

The house is spacious and has room for large families. Each are has its own uniqueness to it and the views from the main part of the house is spectacular. We spent most of our time on the Lanai soaking up the sun and breezes. I would rent again if I had a big group.

Everything was great!

Situated right off the beach with most rooms having ocean view and access. AC in main house does not work and was not addressed during our stay, and cleaning supplies and towels are very limited. Other than location this was not a good fit for us

The house is very nice with all the rooms listed, plenty of space for 2 families and a large patio to sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze. They list 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, we were only able to use 3 of the bedrooms for 3 nights due to the second AC unit not working and in those 3 bedrooms, one of the showers did not work. Sheri did have someone attempt to fix the unit at least 3 times with no luck, this is very disappointing since we paid so much money on a holiday weekend and received close to half of what we paid for, huge disappointment
