Hotel was clean, warm and comfortable. Outside of someone trying to exit out the fire door which set off the alarm, it was an uneventful, peaceful stay.

I came to Cadillac for a couple of days to see family. When I checked into the room, there was a toenail clipping on the floor, and the sheets had some kind of black stain on them, like grease from working on a car. The room obviously was not cleaned thoroughly. When I talked to the front desk, they took care of it. It didn’t give me much confidence in the overall cleanliness of the place. I didn’t see any bugs, so that was good. Breakfast was very limited and didn’t look great, so I went out to eat. Not impressed with this hotel.

The room was large and very comfortable. They hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was OK, but choices were limited.

No coffee makers in room nor was coffee available before 6:30 for us early risers. And breakfast was sub-par at best. Plan on eating out.

The bathroom needs upgrading

Very convenient close to Cadillac many options for food within walking distance and close to a nice beach area. If you like a super stiff mattress this will be good but that was the main downside we found.

This property was immaculate! Everything was spotless, fresh and enjoyable.

Price was reasonable but had to wait far too long for anyone to come to lobby to check us in. We arrived around 8 in the evening so early enough to expect someone to be there within a reasonable amount of time. The room wasn't dirty but the bed had some stains on on the under sheet that were off-putting. Bed was rather hard and difficult to sleep on comfortably but that's personal preference there. Overall if you're looking for an inexpensive stay in Cadillac, it's ok but amenities are very limited.

Great price and very clean rooms

I was surprised to see that there was no coffee maker in the room. I thought that was pretty standard. Otherwise, everything was there. The hair dryer did not work. Should have different kinds of pillows on the bed, not 4 of the same. Some people like hard, flat pillows and others like soft, plush pillows. The shower was nice. The hotel was quiet.

Reasonably priced. Decent sized rooms. Very very clean and well maintained. I was amazed at how well kept this place is. Will definitely stay here again whenever we're in the area.

Very well modernized room in an otherwise vintage motel. Clean as a whistle. Continental breakfast was serviceable if unremarkable. Staff were competent and friendly.

Breakfast was cold cereal, toast, bagels, etc: Continental plus, no waffles. Staff friendly, very clean. Zero comfort on king bed. These two facts means would not stay again.

It was very clean and lots of parking and good location to the lake and park. But info was a little misleading. It said free breakfast, but it was only continental breakfast.

Room and bathroom was very clean. It’s a bit dated, bed were a tad hard but overall it’s a good place to stay.

This place was once a motel that has been turned into a hotel. The rooms are cold, and when I say cold I mean it took 4.5 hours to get the temperature to 70° and the excuse by the staff was "it is cold outside". The beds are rock hard double beds. The sink fixture was broke so there was no hot water from the bathroom sink. When you asked the staff for help or a question they started talking to each other (not in english) very rude. We would have got a refund and went some place else, but every where was full due to hockey tournaments. I will never stay here again.

Quiet, clean, and conveniently close to the State Park and fishing spots. Shower was hot and beds were comfy enough. Parking is limited and cramped. No coffee maker in room and none offered in lobby. Very nice stay and will stay again.

The location on the website is incorrect and brought us to the wrong spot which was a frustrating drive experience. They also weren’t serving breakfast at the time of the visit.

Ok for the price but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here. Breakfast is the bare minimum. No coffee in the room.

I typically don’t have a problem staying at the Cadillac Inn. I travel to Cadillac regularly and this is where I typically stay. Generally I have no problem with the property or the people who run it. However I was not very appreciative of the morning front desk man aggressively pounding on my door five minutes before checkout, or him raising his voice to me when I answered it.

Cadillac Inn is good for the price. Rooms are clean and simple. Heat works for winter weather. Walls are good because you don't hear the rooms next door. They should probably do something about plowing the drive on snowy days. I had a tough time trudging through 8 inches of snow in the lot. Other than that, good service. Will return.

We were very pleased with the room. It is very spacious, with a table and easy chair. It had brand new carpeting and fresh paint. It was super clean. The continental breakfast was alao good.

Breakfast was pretty simple, but not geared to anyone who is gluten intolerant. Last day I did see apples. I ate off-site. Not sure if they have a well or city water, but the water had an off-putting smell so I used bottled water . However, the bed was comfortable, room spacious, nice table/chairs and the room was clean.

Reasonably priced and clean. Walls were thin, so we could hear the people in the hallway and they were trying to be quiet. The AC/heater booted up loudly every few minutes and affected our sleep. Bed was not as comfortable. Overall it was a good option for our requirements but the rooms need to be updated.
