The mini fridge didn’t work. But it was clean and quiet will stay again

The place is older, but in good condition. Staff very friendly as well. You're close to everything and if you had to walk it's not bad at all. Quite room.

Cool place to say, interesting neighborhood. Places to walk and chain restaurants around for descent food.

In town for one night and it was a degrading experience…live roaches in the room, hair in the tub/toilet area in the bathroom and the room was dusty

The maids are nice, but untrained. We had the same dead bug and pill on the bathroom floor our whole week’s stay. I cleaned every surface and touchable area upon arrival. It was just dirty.

The road going into the property needed attention. The room was not clean. I wiped down every surface with a Clorox wipe. The floor was not clean. We had a dead bug and pill on the bathroom floor the stayed entire 8 night stay, through several maid services. In 1 day we saw 3 ambulances on premises.

My room had a Lot of flies and the tub was filthy it also had a crack in the tub & the facets was loose. Face & bath towels were dingy and dirty looking.

Not fancy but everything was clean.

Went to check in and found out that they gave away our nonsmoking room and all they had left was smoking rooms. Due to allergies, this would not work. The front desk was very helpful and suggested that we check with the Holiday Inn Express across the street. Luckily, they had a nonsmoking , double bed suite available for the nights we needed.

Everything was good except for the double holding fee they put on my card

Room was clean and the bed and pillows was comfortable.

Key’s would not work, no toilet tissue, dead bugs in sink area

It was absolutely amazing the staff is phenomenal. We did have a roach problem though. But the staff switched us rooms in a different building.

It is a great no frills motel. Very clean with somewhat updated decor. Be aware that there is a row of full time occupancy townhouses that face the motel in the same parking lot. It is odd, but posed no problem during our stay. My only complaint is the non working internet. Per previous reviews, it seems to be an ongoing issue. I reported it and was told they frequently have issues with their provider, Spectrum. This was not a huge problem, but I was unable to get ahead on some work that I had planned on doing during my stay because the motel was listed as having wifi. Overall it was good. No major complaints. Also, be aware, the bed was firm. It was quite comfortable though, and I don't usually like firm mattresses.

The Red Roof Inn said they didnt have a reservation for a room with my name or my husbands name when i have had it paid for since March 16th. We had to go to another Hotel and pay for another room. I have filed a claim to get my money back. This is almost 200 dollars that was stolen.

We always have an amazing stay when we stay here. We had a few issues but the front desk was right on top of it. See you in April!!!!!

Room had a bad oder. Mildew in the bathroom. Paint coming off the bathroom wall. Room needs to swept better.

The staff was very professional and helpful and the area was safe and quiet.

Awesome stay. Don't mind staying here again.

Check in was easy people behind the desk were fast friendly the room was clean and everything was great

The room smelled terrible. When asked for a second one it was said the emtire place was booked. We never got to stay in the room

The front desk staff was great but the cleanliness of our room was definitely not. The bathroom was so filthy (especially the shower), that none of us dared use it. The sheets also didn’t look like they had been washed. I was very disappointed!

It was a nice clean room with comfortable bed and pillows.

The area was quite and parking was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not like that I booked the room for 3 guests and only had bath towels for 2 people and repeatedly needed to ask for more in order to have enough. Maid service only came for the first day of our stay to bring fresh towels. The other 2 days I needed to return dirty towels at the office order to get clean towels.
