It was a one nighter. Front desk was friendly. He also gave me keys 1hr before check in.

The room was clean but there was such a strong chemical smell from some kind of cleaning fluid that I literally could not even stay there. I ended up staying at my nieces house on her couch. I had to rush off to an event shortly after arriving so I didn’t have time to change rooms or alert the front desk. Also it was just an overall ‘sad’ looking place. I would have asked for a refund later but there didn’t appear to be a direct line to talk to anyone. Sorry to be so brutal.

I booked 2 days. 1st day I saw a roach in the bathroom. For the price and location I shrugged it off. The 2nd day there were so many on the floor, wall, and even on the bed. I wasn't able to sleep there. Had to find a new location. still waiting for management to issue a refund for 1 day.

The motel backs up onto the freeway and it was quite loud.

This was one of the worst time I had there. The neighbors were loud, loud music playing all night nothing was done to try to stop it.

When we arrived there was a fight in the parking lot and there were prostitutes walking in the parking lot also. We didnt even get out of our car and stayed somewhere else. So dissappointing this room was non refundable.

There were burn holes in the blankets, which we have photo documentation of. Went to the front desk to ask for new blankets and was turned away. They refused to clean the room and we were forced to cancel our stay.

Room was so filthy.. floor, walls, toilet, shower, and even the ceiling. Holes in wall and a hole in the ceiling. The front room door looked as though someone kicked in the door, and was fixed poorly. This room was used for some crazy party as the room was a mess. Stayed on night and did not use shower due to a filthy tub and floors.
Hotel is located in a rough area lots of random people walking and screaming all night.

This was not even close to Wyndham standards. The toilet ran continuously every 30 minutes, the tub was so slick with chips in it, the sink had cracks. The person in the room next to us played music so loud it rattled the wall, this was at 3am, I called the front desk,and they said ok. An hour later I called the persons room, he said oh...
I have NEVER slept on a PAID bed where the bottom sheet was a flat sheet!!!
When i finish this adventure I will be calling Wyndham.

The ice machine by my room did not work. The refrigerator in my room did not work. The room was not thoroughly cleaned but did have a strong smell of cleaning product.
The person at the front desk seemed very uneasy while he was checking me in and kept repeating that pets and smoking were not allowed. It made me feel nervous.
After check in, I saw people smoking several places and people with dogs. Confusing.
