Wanted $100 deposit n my rewards.com didn't say that when I paid online.....I wanted to stay another night..she said no I had to leave...I don't know why she has a bad attitude .. hope she works on that.....

Price/ value was excellent. Front counter staff was friendly and inviting. Had to tear myself away so I could get some sleep.

Rundown room. Bathtub faucet was broken. Batteries on the door were dead so you couldn’t get into the room took about two hours for maintenance to fix the issue. They kept my ID because they insist on making a copy of it, now I cannot board my flight.

Checkin late night was quick and easy, but the room smelled strongly like a public restroom, burn holes in the blankets.

Our room was comfortable and mostly clean. The shower looked like it had just been used, as it was wet, and there was soap residue in the tub. In addition, toilet paper was floating in the commode. The bathroom door was peeling and had obvious signs of needing to be replaced, as some of the wood was moist and falling apart. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

Booked a 4 night stay. Upon arrival immediately realized this hotel choice was a big mistake. Area was not appealing to travelers at all ! Spent first night there, second day found cockroaches in the bath. Went to office for immediate check out and refund. 5 days later still no refund

VERY disappointed in our room, especially since we booked for 7 nights. Complaints: small tv screen located in awkward place; toilet “ran” constantly and slow to flush; no sheer on window so room was dark all day; horrible mattress (broken down on one side); sofa so low it was very hard to rise from; no coffee pot; no cold water from faucet; door lock broken part of the time; stains in bathtub; permanent stains and hole in the wall of toilet area. Have stayed in Super 8s that were very clean and comfortable so it was extremely disappointing to have to spend a week in such a nasty room.

It was comfortable and pleasant for our overnight stay. Customer service was great!! A couple of mosquitoes present but probably from housekeeping having door propped open while cleaning.

The staff was very friendly and polite. We did not end up staying as we found several bugs in the room (potentially roaches). They were crawling the walls and floor. We were offered to move rooms or a full refund. We opted for the redund. The hotel staff were beyond accomidating and apologetic.

This is dump (Expedia wouldn't let me use a stronger word) and not worthy of being a Wyndham hotel. It should be razed to the ground. How some people have rated this disgusting filth hole anything but 1 star makes me serious question their hygiene standards.

Got 2 rooms on Orbitz. Wanted rooms together because 14 year old daughter and friend. Was told hotel was half full so couldn't even get rooms together, or even on same side as building. Also first room someone was already in it. Wouldn't give refund on that room. Would not suggest staying there.

The people hanging around, junkies back and forth and be loud at night. Other than that it's a good hotel to stay in

They said breakfast, but 3 old apples, no bread, and old coffee is not enough. Really bad. The air in room 102 didnt work neither the fridge. We have to be change room whish worked out better.

I wasn't able to check-in because they said I needed a $100 deposit. I never had this problem before. So now its midnight I had to wake up people because they had no where to go and driving around in the dark

Very bad we didn’t feel safe the place looks like ghost motel and if you call it breakfast what a joke coffee, cereal, juice and yogurt no toast terrible I will not recommend it to anyone. Oh by the way the bed was comfortable

The pool was dirty and if I had wanted to use it closed at 9pm. There was realy no breakfast and there was a lot of molding on the bottom of the shower curtin. Also a very strong "fabulos" cleaner but that is a personal preference

Everything was great, the area around the property looked a little run down but otherwise was great, my only issue was with another guest who’s car alarm kept going off all night
