The stay was good. The only thing is there are not enough electrical outlets.

Absolutely horrible! The entire hotel stunk, our room was disgusting. We found two huge dead roaches in the floor. Never again

The place was amazing and very clean feeling I really liked the friendly welcoming once we entered the place for check-in

Staff was very kind and helpful but room had a terrible moisture smell of wetness. Room was decent but the smell was just horrible. I didn’t get settled in until after midnight and was just focused on resting.

The first room on first floor had a terrible mildew odor. Second room on second floor same. Third room on third floor same. Tried three rooms before deciding to leave. I canceled the complete stay. The customer service on the other hand was fantastic! She tried to accommodate but just wasn't successful. I even tried next door at the Quality Inn and the odor was bad and a big spider in the shower. So disappointed in both hotels.

Everyone is so nice and polite. They make you feel like family. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean. Very nice.

The service was amazing, but I did deal with some plumbing issues while present. The bed was also firmer than anticipated… I say that as I’ve stayed at the location a couple of other times and the beds on the 2nd floor just seem better.

Room was comfortable. The only downside was a strong odor in the room. It was really noticable and we think it might have been a recent cleansing of some sort. Breakfast buffet was was ok with the usual eggs and sausage cereals etc.

the coffee machine was not working, with no backup. the clerk gave us a couple of extra room coffee packs, but the room machine leaked water.

We got to the hotel at 4pm and our room wasnt ready, we waited and it ended up being ready around 5:10pm we got into our suite and discovered in 1 of our 2 rooms had a broken toilet, it freely moved, there was pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor, along with roaches in our room, room 2 of our 2 rooms air conditioner was broken, upon telling the staff about all the conditions nobody came to clean the mess, fix the toilet or check on the AC wehad to have 2 fans in the 2nd room to to be manageable to stay in there. We had to use the restroom in the 2nd room because of the toilet issues. The hotel refused to address any issues and refused to take ownership of the horrible conditions. Ive attached photos.

Lots of construction trucks taking up guest parking, so it was hard to find a spot. There was so much hair, black wads of hair, definitely noticable to cleaning staff all over the bathroom floor. It was disgusting. Looked like the carpet had been neglected to be vacuumed as well.

We had a great stay the staff did a fantastic job of being polite, and kind. Breakfast was great every morning. We’ll be back towards the end of July.

Room had trash, used bedding, used soap and a dirty band-aid in shower upon arrival. I had to call front desk to turn on shower and upon doing so, front desk indicated that the shower had a leak which sprayed water all over the bathroom. Housekeeping took bedding to wash and when I went to lobby to ask for bedding to cover up with, I was informed they did not have any. Awful experience and I will not return to this property.

Room wasn’t what I’m used to. The shower didn’t work. It was humid and muggy the whole stay in the room. Huge dead roach in the bathroom. Was hoping none would sneak in my luggage on the way home. And the room smelled like a dirty vacuum cleaner. Although signs said no smoking. The smell of cigarettes was prevalent. Breakfast was good standard hotel breakfast nonetheless. Beds slept ok as well if you just need a night to stay and leave out the next.

TV did not work. Room was dusty. Mirror heavily streaked. Chewing gum on wall behind head board. Elevator on first floor very hard to find. Walked past it twice. Door of elevator dark brown which heavily blended in with overall color scheme...also, elevator not well marked. I was told it was middle of hallway...STILL walked past it twice before i noticed 1st floor marking

We booked a room with king bed and pull out sofa for my husband, myself and 2 children (6 and 11). After checking in I went to the front desk to ask for bedding for the pull out bed. They stated they didn’t have any. When I asked what they expected me to do for my children she just shrugged! They said they were booked and didn’t have any extra! I said “it’s not extra, the room is supposed to come with that!” They said again they didn’t have any bedding. I asked for a refund which they DECLINED (thankfully Expedia was great and did the refund on their side). After we asked for a refund they said they found an extra blanket in another room. Mind you they said they were fully booked, so whose room did you “find” this blanket? Ummm, no thanks! Would not recommend staying here.

Mixed feelings on this one. Price is fair. Room refrigerators have freezers, which was great on our road trip so we could refreeze our blue ice packs for our coolers. Not the most beautiful place, but if you're just looking for somewhere to crash, that doesn't matter. Hotel staff were great - we initially got a handicapped room but didn't need one, and we found black mold under the bathtub seat (read on - it gets better). Also the freezer had an exploded can in it that nobody cleaned up. I went to the front desk about it and they gave us a new room, no questions asked and right away. They apologized profusely and made changing rooms very easy. Once in our new room, everything was fine. It was clean, smelled good, no problems at all. TV was nice, room was spacious enough, and it was unseasonably cold so I can say the heating unit was very good, kept us warm all night. I'd stay there again.

The mother and daughter team at check in was excellent. Made our stay wonderful and very comfortable.. they made every convenient and took care of us.
