I visit every year to see family. Great location. Great accomodations. Friendly staff.
Word to future travelers, the neighboring town of Dublin, CA's Lazy Dog Restaurant parking lot is where my rental car was broken into and everything was stolen. Cops said this happens a lot. Parking security said it happens a lot. Criminals identify that it's a rental because of a sticker on every rental's license plate.
One night, the gate at my cousin's apartment complex in San Ramon was being climbed by 3 guys in all black when we got to his place. They scattered when they saw the headlights of my replacement rental. But that's not a count against a great hotel. I love staying there and visiting family.

Very clean and nice room. The staff were very nice. The only drawback was the parking situation, we paid the $10 for a parking space and had to park a ways away. We are seniors and had to walk back to the hotel in the dark.

The room was fine except when we used the pullout we had to climb over it to get to the other part of the room. Too tight a fit! A better design would be helpful for getting around in the room with the pullout used. Otherwise the hotel was clean and in a good location.

Visited for an engagement party. I asked for a late checkout at 1pm like my friends received. I was told there was no way to have late checkout on a Sunday. Then was told I could pay $20 to have a late check out. Not very truthful.

The rooms remind me of small apartment in college. It’s very close to a lot of shopping centers. It was walking distance to in n out. Came in very clutch.

I payed 370$ and have no chance to use hot tub and pool, in the spa area were hundreds of people, and they obviously wasn’t from the hotel, I told that to the guy at the reception, he said sorry I can’t do anything about that. No dry towels at the pool, food and drinks at the spa area, disaster night in Hyatt for 370$/night

setup of the room needs improvement. the bed is next to the bathroom and the sink. one can hear and see the other person going to the toilet or washing . no privacy at all.

Pack n play had no cushion just blankets for my baby to sleep on which is a hazard. Not even a real crib like other hotels.

Everyone was friendly. Even other visitors were super. My onlly complaint is that we never got fresh towels and we didnt get our room ckeaned up. Check in and check out was very quick and simple

Service was excellent. I wish the standard pillows were feather free. Hosts provided feather free pillows and helped with removing the feathers from the room. The hotel is a noticeably older than other Hyatt house properties and the hallways are very long. It would be nice to not have carpet in the rooms.

The property was clean and well-maintained with lots of parking and the rooms were very nice comfortable and nicely laid out and the property was secure and I had no concerns about my vehicle or my safety entering or exiting the rooms at any hour.

This was the 2nd time I stayed here and it seemed the 1st time we may have had a newer room that was very clean and modern. This time it seemed we were in the back of the hotel, as we had to go down a couple long hallways that aren’t easily visible. The room seemed not in great condition, older, and I had thought I booked view and we looked out our 2nd floor room right into a tree at the back of the property. I may have expected more since our first stay was really great. The location was great being close to shops and restaurants, as well as easy access from the freeway. Service was still really nice and helpful.

We had a very nice stay at Hyatt House in San Ramon. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Overall the property is in good condition and the location is very good. Breakfast options can be improved but overall very good experience.
