Great staff, rooms very clean. Shopping , good food. Restaurant Not that expensive. Great place to stay. Nothing bad!!!

The hotel restaurant had limited menu....but the sea next door made the whole trip very enjoyable.

Be ready to be asked to pay 15 dollars per day for “ballet” parking. After spending 1.5 for rooms. Ridiculous.

The worst property I have ever stayed in the staff was beyond rude. The management was not existent. The rooms were so rundown. It surprises me how bad this hotel is ran, and it is also very expensive. Worst experience don’t come here, save your money. You will be highly disappointed and very frustrating.

We like this hotel esp the staff- location. But WE HAD NO HOT WATER DESPITE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AND ALLEGED REPAIRS! Totally unacceptable!

Best trip I’ve ever taken, beautiful hotel room and such kind people. The hotel is right by lots of different food places and stores. The beach access is right by the hotels pool. There’s even an outdoor shower so you don’t even have to worry about anything. However would recommend getting food anywhere but the hotel.

I would recommend it to anyone. I was impressed with the service.

Nice and fam location

Hotel was clean yet older so water stains and wear and tear do show. Shower was great pressure but tiny space so beware if you are larger bodied. The couch was more of a front for a pullout bed than a relaxing place to sit. The room doesn't get super cooled down due to the heat of the middle of the day but you can escape to the nice chilled lobby. Mainly we had a nice stay but have to comment on the security staff at this establishment. We felt they were intrusive, aggressive and inconsistent. We were approached for having Rockstar energy drinks meanwhile other customers drank Red Bull? We were approached for vaping under the palapa meanwhile another couple vaped openly while in the hot tub conversing with staff. We were approached about drinking due to the election dry law without explanation for why we could walk right outside the hotel and purchase a Pina Colada with rum in it? We can totally respect the rules, it was just confusing and we felt singled out as other patrons seemed allowed to do as they pleased.

the first room i was assigned was terrible the second room i try to shower and no hot water. the noise from the room next to me was bad i could hear them like they were inside my room. Every time i walked to my room in 4th floor from elevator to room 438 the men employees from valet parking from Casino they were yelling and saying words felt very uncomfortable. For the amount of money i paid for the room i believed it was not a good experience and if i return i will look for a different venue.

We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived right after spring break and it was quiet and nice. Mario (front desk) and Giovani (parking) were amazing hosts. Our waiters at the restruant Francisco and Ramon were very attentive and brought us amazing food. All staff and ammenitiies were superb. We had an amazind 2 day getaway.

I love this place! Location is great and staff very helpful. I will say I had no hot water for my showers and I feel like the food could be a little more authentic and more choices on menu. Overall, I will return and hopefully have hot water!

The location and price for the service was the best. The amenities are good for a short family trip. Rooms are outdated but clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, but speaking in English was not in their comfort zone that made some challenges. Beach was great and not busy in week-days in late March.

Terrible staff

The room had a poor view to the ocean. 2 day the water was not hot in the morning. They clean the room did not leave shampoo toilet paper or waters and no clean cup. The food was not good and expensive

Right on a beautiful and safe beach area. The pool and swim up bar were very nice and clean. The hotel lobby was also very immaculate. Our room wasn't quite as nice as the pictures looked though. We had a balcony room, where the balcony was tiny with no furniture, furthermore the rooms upstairs AC was directly above the balcony so it was dripping onto us. Our biggest issue though, was the mundane policy that they wouldn't allow any outside food/beer or coolers into the hotel, even after their bars were closed. Overall, the price is a bit high for the hotel for what it is, but because of the outside food/beverage policy, I wouldn't stay here again.
