Very happy with our stay. Outdoor pool and jacuzzo were great. Definitely planning on returning.

The place is beautiful, the staff was all great and accommodating. The pool is great. The area outside is beautiful. The room could use a more thorough cleaning and even the new rooms the carpet was like it has been wet. But we loved overall

This hotel is very nice, it just needs a lot of updating. The lake, swimming pools are nice. If you are ever looking to see the night sky, the Flume Gorge or Echo Beach is a good place to go to.

Pool area was good and clean, room was good, there was no hot water in the shower but over all it was good.

We wanted a short-term relaxing stay in the mountains. We got there and our room wasn't ready. It was 3 pm and rooms are supposed to be ready by 4 pm. Okay, they said they would call when the room was ready. No call. At 4:00, we went back and they put us in a different room than we were originally told which was fine. Still same building. It was across the street from main building where everything was located and it was pouring so that wasn't so great. The room was just okay. Not extremely clean, the coffee maker still has leftover coffee bag in it. There was some garbage on the floor. The beds were just okay. Pillows could be replaced and were uncomfortable but we were tired and just wanted to relax. It was good enough but not for how much we paid for the night at over $250. They did have plenty of towels and face cloths which was nice for a change. We were in room 505 and I tried to use the soda machine outside our door which didn't work and actually shocked me when I tried to get my change out of the metal part. Scared me and left my arm tingling for a while. Lucky I didn't press charges or get hurt worse as it was raining out. Went in the outside pool and hot tub. Both of which were dirty and had garbage in them. They did have someone coming out often to ask if anything was needed which was nice. Was excited to stay because it looked nice but then was quite disappointed. Just didn't have the time or energy to move somewhere else.

Beautiful place to stay with plenty to do.

It was nice stay, the most I enjoyed view, pedal boating in the lake, fishing, pools and hot tub. It would be nice to remodel property because it looks and feels like 1980s

The location was very convenient to the water park as well as Santa’s Village and easy to get to from the highway. The staff was also extremely friendly. The rooms overall are OK, but dated and the beds were not very comfortable. But convenience wise, it was great. The outdoor pool was also very nice.

Great views, loved the indoor and outdoor pool options

I have been taking my grandchildren to the Indian Head resort for the past 8 years. It has always been clean. It's convenient to everything the staff is excellent. The pools are immaculate, and the restaurant is very good

Views were incredible along with the pond, kids loved the peddle boats.

Not fancy, but nice and convenient. I loved the swimming pools and hot tubs.

Older hotel but pool was great and staff were helpful

Location is great. Price seemed a little high especially the $20 extra person charge per night with no breakfast included.

The grounds were well kept and the view of the lake and mountains were lovely. The property itself needs a major update.

I like the area

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Head, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were really friendly and helpful. So convenient to everything around the Lincoln Woodstock area Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

It was a great deal for the price. We enjoyed as much as we could the property and the resort.

The staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and spacious. It is a bit dated with a couple places on the floor my foot sunk into a bit. Bed was comfortable. Nice views of the mountains. it would have been nice if the restaurant was open for lunch and dinner while we were there. Black Mountain Burger Co. was very very good. Common Man usually has over an hour wait so go early.

Clean rooms in a great area with beautiful views. The food wasn’t too bad but it could have been better. Mostly standard pub food.

Great place to hang out by the pool all day. Took kids fishing and caught some! Will go back. Rooms hot water in shower was barely warm (wife’s complaint). My only complaint was the room we had which was across the street at the very end made for a long walk, the staff said when you book through Booking they always put you across the street, it was booked so they could not change our room. We had a blast either way
