It was amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially the main pool bar guys and gals ... Caren, roberto, jonathon, robinson and carlos.g... all of them treated us so special we cant wait to return !!

Great Venue for couples and individuals seeking a peaceful vacation

We arrived to the main entrance gate and no one was able to find our reservation, so we had to wait a few minutes, security at the gate asked for us to lower our back window as if we were some kind of suspicious individuals. then they sent us to an office area and there we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to verify we had a reservation (which they couldn’t find at all) even though I booked over 2 weeks prior to checkin. That was a little disappointing since Expedia is one of the largest online travel booking websites which also is partnered with Fine Hotels And Resorts. After being inside Casa de Campo, everything was amazing. When checking out they also kept us there for a few minutes and asked to open our trunk!! We had our baby with us and felt all of that was totally unnecessary.

Upon arriving the staff were very unprofessional and disrespectful The manager Hector and one other Who’s name i left on the form. There listing was not true at all when we arrived they asked us to pay another $2000 to have access to anything on the resort but our room. The golf cart that came with our room was also broken. Our bed was itchy and random cuts and bumps appeared every time we slept in The bed They made no accommodations even after admitting that they know there listing online is bad and it doesn't give all details. I was going to book another hotel but then one of there staff told me that that all i have to pay is the deposit and they will make this one acceptation, after walking back up i released i was lied to they gave me the same price i was paying for the better plan for a worse plan and only dropped my deposit down as well as taking 2 of the best food places off the list of my access. We tried to make the most out of what we did have but came to a Realization that there was nothing to do there and left. everything else on the resort was over $200 per person the restaurants aren't even worth going too ive made better food at home. they have no microwaves around the resort. Overall casa de campo was my worst first experience to DR ever and i will never ever go back there not a business its more of a scam under a name. During checkout i was serviced by a child he constantly walked away while i was talking and told me it was illegal to record myself 0/0 experi

Amazing SPA

I dint like there few options of restaurant and amenities except people that play golf. The beach was small and far away from the hotel. Food was ok and the rooms was really good. The staff was rigid and not as friendly as Punta Cana. The power was off for a day and create a lot of problems incluid AC and food. The golf courses were beautiful.

The Hotel is way overpriced. Service has a lot of room for improvement. Beach area is very nice but no service on the beach. If you want a beer you have to go and buy it, BTW no ice cold beers available. Rooms are old and need renewal. We had small Rouches in the bathroom. So not recommend the hotel for the proce they cjarge

This resort’s attention to detail and service is the best I’ve ever experienced. The resort itself has everything you need and want - 4 pools (that I saw), a nightclub, bars, marina, beach, supermarket, many shops and restaurants, room service was on point. I can’t say enough great things about this place. And every room gets a golf cart to drive around - and yes you will need it. If you are a golf fanatic- this is your paradise. There’s also horse back riding, a beautiful Mediterranean village. Everyone was super friendly yet professional. Casa de Campo is amazing.
