this is an old run down hotel in desperate need of renovation. The first room we were given smelled like mold and my eyes burned. The second was habitable but just barely. The included breakfast if you can call it that was just also minimalistic.

Accommodations resembling a third world "s...hole" at best. Not the customary Quality Inn standards that we have been associated in the past.
Loud (music and profanity laden screams) noise from random cars parked in the driveways.
The only caveat was the owner's big smile greeting us at (mediocre) breakfast ...

The hotel itself was nice. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool. The room has a little odor to it. The bathroom could have been cleaner by the shower and toilet. Had a king bed. Husband side was a little worn out. He was sunken into the bed a little more than I was.

I booked it accidentally about 6 weeks ago & asked the manager to cancel the reservation on the same day (about 6 weeks before the actual check in date) & the greedy manager refused to cancel the booking.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, sheets were soft and the pool looked nice with a rock waterfall. Definitely worth the price and next to durangos steakhouse where we ate dinner.

Our first room had a dead roach in the bath tub. The sheets were dirty, it looked like someone got sick in the bed and it wasn't cleaned properly. We were moved to a different room and the second room smelled like mildew and refrigerator was not working. Only good thing was the lady at desk was very nice.

That was by far the worst hotel I've stayed at. Upon checking in me and my partner go to the room number that was given to us turns out they gave us the wrong room. We were met with someone banging on the door saying that was their room and to go away.After, we got that whole ordeal fixed we finally got to our actual room and the room smelled musty. The AC was set to 68 and it was still extremely warm in there so we turn the AC down to 60 and even that was barely cool enough. The toiletries were half used and the toilet paper was less than a quarter roll. The pillows were lumpy, smelly and offered absolutely no support. Overall it was a terrible stay. Next time I'll just spend the money for a better hotel.

Fast check in, convince to dining and shopping,clean room ,but have to walk to room and pool ,it's in separate building s. Nice pool and kids wanted to use I longer,but they're close it around 7.30 .

A/C was busted so we’re sweating the whole time. Staff was rude. There were baby cockroaches everywhere. Just don’t do it.

Front desk personnel was always helpful and very polite. Check-in was a breeze.
Hotel needs a little maintenance but it was ok for the price.
Wouldn't go back nor recommend due to our personal experience:
We found a hair scrunchie full of hairs in the bathroom door knob as we walked in the room the first day.
There were dead insects in every corner of the room floors.
And the freezer part of the small fridge was so full of ice, the door could barely close.
Also, breakfast was very basic, continental but ok.

Booked hotel for family getaway for 2 nights. Checked in Thursday- attendant was rude. Went to room- moldy/ musty smell was very bad and set off husband and sons asthma. Attempted to cancel due to issue and front desk said couldn’t cancel only through Hotels.com app. Initiated cancel process through app and they refused to refund stay only partial amount. I understand there are policies but it’s not like I chose to leave my husband had to use inhaler and nebulizer to be able to breathe. Disappointed in ability to be human and not just a business.

Worth experience I had with the hotel! drove all night when I arrived at 12 pm the front desk employee told me that the check-in time was at 3 pm I could check in early but I had to pay $35 so I had to stay in my car for 3 hours!

The room upon check had a pleasurable smell. The beds and room was clean. The bathroom: putty around the tub and around the toilet was dirty, there was hair in bathtub. Bathroom had a bad smell.
No breakfast Sunday morning at 8:00 am, large amount of people and not enough breakfast or coffee.
The staff were friendly.

Had booked 2 rooms through Hotels.com. Upon check-in, front staff was unable to locate reservation for 2nd room became I had forgotten I had reserved under my sister's name even though BOTH rooms had same itinerary number. So I had to book 2nd room through hotel which cost an extra $40. Kalid at front desk initially told us we had adjoining rooms which the hotel DOES NOT EVEN HAVE!. Thank goodness we were only there for 1 night. BOTHE Hotels.com and the hotel were at fault yet I had to pay for it.

The location was perfect for what we are plans we're. The inside of the rooms was very clean and updated. The hotel needs designated smoking areas because people were smoking outside of the rooms and the smell came in our room through the AC unit. Breakfast was adequate.

It was ok. We we're there just for a day trip, not spending the night. Tried to check upon arrival but check wasnt until 3. Do we only stayed about four hours. The pool area was fine and we enjoyed the time
