It is a great option for bussiness, installations and price

This property is a little outdated, staff was friendly, but you could hear what was going on in the rooms next to you.

95% of the time no one was at the front desk for assistance. The ladies cleaning the e rooms were excellent and friendly. Everyday something in the hotel was not working and the staff had the attitude like it not working nothing I can do about it. My overall experience was okay.

The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever been on. The TV was smaller than I would have liked and the breakfast could’ve been better but it was a very good stay. Thanks!

Room smelled as if it had previously been smoked in. A/C unit was so loud every time it started up that sleep was impossible throughout the night.

We were just passing through and it was a relatively inexpensive room for what we needed but the pool closed at 8:00. The hallways were a bit dated but the room itself was pretty clean and the refrigerator even had a freezer. The TV worked and no bugs and it worked for what we needed but the next morning there is no ice machine on the second floor and the one on the first floor didn't even have enough ice in it to fill up a baggie and the power had blown in the breakfast room and the lady seemed a bit clueless although she was very nice about it. So the microwave didn't work and there was no coffee.

Front desk staff was great with the influx of people at one time. She also had to check people out and get breakfast ready by herself

Checking in (had to ring a bell to get someone to the front desk) I was not provided any hotel information such as how to access Wi-Fi or breakfast hours - although the next morning I realized why! Handed my key and told the stairs were past the exit sign. The bed was comfortable and although you could hear people in the hall you couldn't hear them through the walls. That's about the only positive thing I can say. The air was on max cool and it was still too warm. Water stains on the ceiling. The door to the room looked like it had been forced open in the past with a crowbar, gouges in the wall and on the edge of the door. Breakfast was a joke. A breaker had been tripped- the toaster, waffle maker and coffee machine were all off. You were left with yogurt, cold bagels and cereal- which had to be eaten with a fork because there were no spoons. Would definitely not stay here again!!

Very easy access to the rooms .

There is no elevator. It is an older hotel so it wasn’t super fancy. Staff weren’t very friendly.

The hotel is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and renovation. I booked online same night as the stay. The power went off in the room we were assigned and the desk clerk had to reset the circuit breaker. Came to find out every time the HVAC came on it blew the circuit. Why would they rent a room like this? Of course per the desk clerk, no other rooms available! Our choice, electricity or short term AC. How can ownership rent a room like this? How can Wyndham let a hotel like this carry their name? Their hot breakfast, waffles. Their to go coffee cups had cold cup lids. OMG, order the correct lids for coffee. Cold cereals were stale. Horrible hotel. Hallways stunk from marijuana.

Ice machine was broken, elevator didn’t work.

When checking in, I approached the desk but the clerk did not acknowledge me for at least 3 minutes while she worked on the computer. I would have expected at least a quick 'hello, let me finish this', then the delay in getting checked-in would have been no problem.

Bad service when registering, the girl seems to be always angry and is not nice at all

This was an older hotel. Not in too bad of shape for the age. No elevator or automatic entry door. Room was clean and loved the water pressure from the shower.

No elevator. We had a load to carry up to 2nd floor. Bug in lobby, and bug in room. Our ceiling looked like parts of it could fall off.

Ease of check in and good staff.
