This is a hard one to review. The staff was amazing. I read reviews before I went and was excited about the property. Problem #1 is parking. On website it said there was parking and no mention of price. Arrived and was told it was 16 euros. Not happy, but so be it. Then, that only very small car would fit. So, no parking. We had to go 2 blocks and use public parking at 28 euros. Problem #2 is smoking on site. I didn’t mind that people smoke, but our balcony was next door to someone that smoked non stop all night long. It was hot so we had to keep our balcony door open. Didn’t sleep a wink. Sent message and haven’t received an apology or am I am sorry. Disappointing to say the least

We love hotel Victoria Cannes , it's our 3rd time here and we always feel like home ! We love the location, the calme, breakfests by the calm pool and mainly the family spirit of this hotel thanks to Fanny and the staff. Looking forward to come back again ;)

staff were very friendly & hotel was clean. room was much smaller than expected as was shown in pictures on the website. Was also a little noisy at times.

Clean rooms. Great location in the heart of Cannes . Wonderful staff. And nice winetasting between 7 pm and 8 pm every day .

I very nice stay! The breakfast was okey and the room was not super clean, some kind of daub on one of the lamps but other then that everything was superb. Nice pool area, staff etc.

Lobby and entrance are nice. The room was not very clean, the showers had hair all over, the floors had hair and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Also the bath towels did not feel too clean and they seeemed very old. Rooms could definitely use some up keep.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. There are not a lot of restaurants close by for dinner.

Nice hotel, service is great. Great location. They only serve breakfast, no lunch or dinner but they provide recommendations and there are lots of places to eat in the area.

Very good location near beach and main shopping street. Hotel easy to find. We didnt have Breakfast as it was very expensive at 17.50euros per person and there are so many lovely restaurants and bars nearby. The room itself was ok. The bathroom was of very poor quality with the fittings very loose. You had to hold the shower head in your hand to have a shower as it didnt fit into the wall unit. The position of the glass door made it practically impossible to run a bath without actually getting into the bath itself and the light wasnt fixed into the ceiling but was hanging down. It mentions that the hotel has been recently decorated but our bathroom seemed half finished. Wifi was hit and miss

As a crew member of an international flight crew we stay in Hotels all over the world. This Hotel has great staff that have very personalized interaction with their guest. They truly made us feel like family. The Hotel is located in the middle old city of Cannes. A walk in any direction and there is eating, drinking and shopping.

Excellent location close to la croissette. Very quiet residential area. Lovely rooms with good breakfast and pool area.

Rooms in Europe can be very small and our room was spacious--compared to most of the hotels in the price range. Granted, you sort of choose between room size or view to keeps costs down but who spends much time in their room on vacation? The hotel was clean, updated and chic and the staff was excellent.

Hotel is in a great location. We had a room with balcony but it was quite small. Hotel is overall is in perfect condition albeit a bit dated. Staff lovely.

Overall, we had a good experience at Hotel Victoria, but the internet is horrible. The network is VERY weak and is very hard to do anything using the hotel's internet.

The hotel is very nice and very well situated between la Croisette and Rue d’antibes (with all restaurants and shopping places). The staff is very helpful and warm. It would have been the perfect stay if they had a fitness room and also a restaurant but you can find anything that you are looking for around the hotel.

The hotel is only a five minute walk from the Croisette and has its own pool with loungers and chairs. An excellent alternative to paying 25 euros per person to sit on a private beach. There are public beaches but one has to bring one's own chairs, parasol etc. The hotel has only 26 rooms and is situated in a quiet location although the noise and bustle of the front is easily reached as is the main shopping street Rue d'Antibes and the Rue Hoche with its many restaurants and bars. The Le Suquet quarter and the old town and port are about fifteen minutes walk away.

Very nice hotel & very friendly & helpful staff - would happily stay there again

Good sized room, comfortable bed, pool, mini fridge. Only gripe is the magnification mirror arm was broken, and the shower/tub faucet took a while to figure out.

After a last minute shuffle to work around the SNCF strike, we literally booked this hotel in line at the train station. Upon arrival we were so very pleased to realize what a nice accommodations we had discovered!
