Very convenient location for everything. There is just like a home. Everything for living was in the room, Every kitchen stuffs, oven, microwave, dining table.....

Fantastic. The room had new carpets so the smell was really strong. But they are renovating and the new appliances and things really made it all feel like a brand new suite. Lots of room in the suites and washer/dryer to boot.

The kitchen is a plus. Although they only have the basic utensils, we made simple meals. Milk, juice, coffee, tea, muffins and fruits are also available in the lobby every morning.

After parking on the P2 level, there were two doors leading to the elevator. However, there was no sign indicating which door led to the elevator, so I entered the door on the right. Unfortunately, that door led to a stairway, and when I tried to exit, I found the door was locked, and I couldn't get out. I ended up having to ask a passing customer for help by knocking on the glass.
This experience was very inconvenient, and it also raised safety concerns. If the door leads to a stairway, there should have been a clear sign indicating "Stairs," but there was none, which added to the confusion.

It was very dirty in our room. Bedding was dirty. We stripped the bed and used our own. We also had no bedding for the pullout couch which was gross too and the mattress was awful. We had 3 adults and the stay was not the greatest.

The rooms are spacious and clean. They quickly respond should you need extra linen.
Would definitely stay there again. Have enjoyed both stays in June and July.

My mom and I stayed at this location for a week while we visited Vancouver. It was a quick drive from any of our destinations and had underground parking. The suite itself was very nice! Large living room and many closets for space. The shower was a rainfall showerhead and the tub was deep enough for a relaxing bath. The kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed (we did not have scissors or any scouring pads to clean the pots with) but we managed. The lights in the bathroom and bedroom tended to flicker often before turning on, but otherwise our stay was wonderful!

Honestly, I liked just about everything about Sandman. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. I've spoken to 4 different staff members while I was there, and they're all friendly and respectful. That's a plus in my book. I'm definitely going to stay there again when I'm in Surrey.

This property is not as advertised... Expedia should do their best to verify photos before uploading on your website as you are misleading customers with those photos of Sandman hotel. It is not as advertised and despite staying there barely 7 hours as i didnt have another option at 2am with my children, I was still charged for one night. Very disappointed in both sandman and expedia.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful, probably some of the best hotel service I have ever received. The only main issues was that there is no AC in the bedroom, but thankfully there is a fan.

The hotel rooms are a bit shabby. But overall clean. Major complaint is that there was no AC unit in the bedroom portion of the suite. The AC unit was in the separate living room. So we had to keep the door between the bedroom and living room open all night so that it would stay cool. They should have separate ductwork for each room.
The location however was great and convenient.

I have been charged twice for my stay 4 times so far. Once it took them 15 days to refund. This last time I was billed twice on may 6 and to this date of may 23 I still haven’t been reimbursed. Unfortunately it’s not the hotels fault but the company they use for billing. Very poor business practice

Have been staying here weekly for a few months. M-F.
This is not the first time this has happened where they double charge for the stay. They take the funds 2x on the same day. It takes about 10-14 days to get refunded for the double charge. It is starting to happen more frequently. This last time it happened May 6th, it is the 21st and we still have not been refunded. They started the process and then reversed the refund . We have an ripen investigation with bank. If you stay here watch your bank account very carefully. This is NOT the deposit, this is the full charge of the stay!!
