Great hotel. A little dated but beyond that, really perfect for our situation.

All in all a great place to stay! My only critique in the negative column is that the bathroom was not supplied with shampoo and no dishes or glasses or coffee maker in the kitchen. You had to contact the front desk for those items! But other than that I would stay again! Great front desk staff to by the way!

Very friendly welcome which is always appreciated. Spacious room has everything one would need including a full-size fridge. Everything worked so no complaints. Ample parking in their lot. 15 minutes from SFO was a plus.

I enjoyed the space. I loved that there was a kitchen like area. The bathroom was nice and clean. The bed was big. The linens were a bit rough. All in all it was good for my quick pass through.

This was the second hotel of 6 we stayed at on our 10 day road trip. The check in was easy, the room was big and clean, the bathroom was clean with good towels and amenities. The water pressure was a little weak, probably because we were on the 5th floor. The staff was super friendly. The grab and go breakfast was ok. I mostly just went for the coffee which was good, except they didn't have any real milk or half and half. There were some funky noises at random times - maybe the elevator which woke me up once. Overall, this was a good hotel and I would recommend it.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. Super clean and sharp units. Dark blinds curtains and digital ac controls next to your bed to adjust the temperature in the room. Will definitely be back!! Thank you so much!!

this was a perfect budget friendly hotel. we unexpectedly stayed over in belmont and just wanted somewhere clean and safe to sleep and shower and received just that. it can be impossible to tell if a hotel is truly clean just based on pictures but this place was!!
my only 2 complaints are 1 the bed wasn’t really comfortable. could feel the springs
and 2 the breakfast wasn’t good. wasn’t bad either, and it was free so shouldn’t really complain but it was just muffins and grandpas bars

Needed an affordable safe place for last minute overnight stay. Had my 3 year old autistic grandson with me for a baseball game in the Bay Area on my Birthday. We had a blast at the game and I decided to stay overnight and not drive 120 miles home. Finding an affordable place last minute is unheard of in the Bay Area after 10 PM. I was prepared to drive when I decided to give Extended Stay a chance - good move - got a great night sleep. The property was clean, quiet and safe. I would definitely stay again. I read reviews and I am easy please when traveling by myself but when I have precious cargo with me, it has to be safe and clean. This worked perfectly for this trip.

Oddest hotel I've been in in a while. Very spartan--feels like they went out of their way to cut corners.
Cleanliness was suspect, with hair and dust gathered in the corners of the room. Noisy rooms--and I don't mean from the nearby 101, but just no noise damping: the hard flooring makes the room echo. No amenities in room other than a bar of soap, you need to contact the front desk for anything extra. "Breakfast" limited to a granola bar or beyond-their-prime oranges.
All that said, the staff was wonderful and welcoming. I regret staying here when there are other, proven alternatives available in the area.

The property was perfect for what we wanted and close to Aikido of Tamalpais which is what we needed. Great place and had all the amenities we were looking for.

Bring your own ice. There are only two ice trays in the freezer and they are not filled. No ice machine on site, was told the gas station was the closest sorce. Note that if you want dishes, coffee maker, pots, pans etc. you have to ask for them at the front desk. Grab and go breakfast, not great, bring your own fruit, bagels, cereal etc. All in all, if you are prepared for the above stuff its a good place.

This is a very bare bones property. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.Since people live here for short periods of time the hallway smells of cooking. Not a great smell. Our first room had people partying in it til 10:30 pm so we asked to move. The front desk man was accommodating and moved us right away. The second room was much quieter. I don’t think I would choose to stay here again but it served its purpose for my one night stay. Rates are low as they should be.
