Shuttle service so convenient and hotel stay was great, including delicious breakfast!

The staff was super friendly and the water park awesome! Best night sleep I had all week!

We were not happy at all with this property. First check in took over 20 minutes. Then we were charged for parking when nothing was ever noted about that when we looked to reserve rooms here. Then 1 of the waterslides was broke & yet we still were charged full price even though we did not get full amenity use. Their roll aways are just mattress laid directly on the dirty carpet of the room which is unbelievably GROSS!!! There was dog foo pieces left scattered on the floor of our room so it was not cleaned very well. We will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone!!!

It’s a nice property. For the most part it’s good but you might want to ask the staff to be pleasant. They act like they re not happy to see customers

We were there for several days for our daughter's wedding and were quite pleased with our stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful, the available breakfast each morning was very good, the condition and cleanliness of our rooms and the rest of the hotel and grounds was great. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This is the first hotel that I have been in that has the perfect size piece of furniture made to place and open the newer style suitcases! What a difference - I loved it. No more wobbly suitcase stands that barely hold even a small suitcase!!

9/1/24 to 9/2/24 stay. Elevator out of service upon arrival. Breakfast staff negative attitude about number of people eating late on holiday weekend. Breakfast only served from 6-9 despite family focused water park hotel. Reserved a king with pull out bed with room for 5 and was given much smaller room / bed that only accommodated 2 with small chair instead of pull-out. Paid higher amount and was told Expedia was only way to get satisfaction on type and amount paid for this incorrect room.

The shower door handle has very sharp corners. I bumped into it while showering and came out bleeding. The walls between the rooms werent very sound proof. The pool area had no place to swim for adults when the kids are playing. We went on the slides once but weren't comfortable going more because worried we'd crash into a child at the bottom. The hotel was pretty nice and gorgeous but I would expect a bit more for the price and being a Marriott hotel.

The hotel overall is great but the car park charged was supposed to be included in the rate but I was charged again … after appeal, they said they will waive on this one and ask me to tell Hotel.com car park is not free… I thought this should be taken care between hotel and hotels.com…

Easy I-90 access

After paying almost $600 (non refundable) for a one night stay (prices were inflated all over town because of a concert), we were charged an additional $10 for the privilege of parking our vehicle overnight in the hotel's own parking lot. The flimsy excuse was that people flying out of the nearby airport would leave their vehicles for days. Give me a slip to put in my window to show the nights I've paid for and let me park for free. You don't need to charge $10. Insane.

Stay was fine except there was no hot water.

Hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Paid $210+. AC was broken and poor ventilation. The maintenance guy tried to keep and give us a fan. Floors were dirty and tub had a huge spider in it. Other guests were complaining about no hot water, not us thankfully. The pool was extremely stuffy and water felt too hot for a swimming pool.

Clean and very spacious room. Offers light dinner and beverages. Easy off freeway

It was a nice place to stay before our flight. The kids loved the watersides, and the breakfast was good.

We had a great stay at the Fairfield in Missoula. Our kids loved the water slides our room was good. We had a small cooler of frozen items that the staff was very kind and helpful in storing in a freezer for the night. The hotel shuttle to the airport was very convenient. If we are back in Missoula, we will stay here again!

Front desk was short with me and not interested in being flexible with a simple request.

When I called prior to arrival about info on airport shuttle, the girl who answered was very rude, I had asked where do I go, she said kind of arrogantly, there’s a big sign so you can’t miss it! I asked, do I just go there? (My first time) She snapped back, you have to call us we don’t just have a shuttle sitting at the airport all day. Otherwise, staff was absolutely wonderful. We arrived around 4 and kids upstairs were running and jumping for 2 solid hrs, it stopped for an hour and then continued constantly until around 9:30pm. We were up early at 3am that day to catch an early flight and we were exhausted and tried to sleep around 7:30-8 and couldn’t until they stopped jumping at 9:30. It continued in the morning as well. We left around noon for an event and it was quiet at that time. We returned after midnight and it was quiet. Also, upon our arrival, the room smelled really bad like mildew. It wasn’t pleasant at all. The carpet looked dirty. Bathroom was beautiful and everything else about the room was great. Overall it wasn’t a very pleasant experience, not for the price.
