Very nice hotel in a great location with wonderful staff and very nice rooms. You can not go wrong staying at this hotel.

It was a great location, walking distances to sights of interest were short. Unfortunately, the thermostat didn't seem to work. Other than that, it was great.

Central location. Hotel with many rooms with windows with a view to a wall of neighbouring parking building (car runs in front of you even if you are on the 4th floor. Very bad experience due to the room. Hotel needs renovation. And breakfast was not tasty.

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay. The location was perfect (overlooking the Dali sculpture) - central to both the historic centre of Andorra La Vella and Avenida Carlemany, it was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do. Abut a 10 min walk to the main bus station. Lots of restaurants near by. The building itself is a little dated, but this in no way impacted my stay.

The stay was very pleasant until about 8 or 9 am. Then there was a lot of banging and slamming doors as the cleaning staff came to clean. I'm a night owl so didn't appreciate being wakened.

Andorra is a nice country and the hotel Is strategically placed

The best locality in Andorra la Vella. Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful room, coffee machine in the room. Much space. I loved it.

Hotel was clean,staff was efficient. Reasonably priced and very central to City centre. Covered parking was a godsend. Took a little while to find how to get to the Hotel itself. You can see it from the main road through but finding the right way to go to get to it was challenging but thats no fault of the hotel. Great stay. Thank you

Hotel was good but Spa, parking is extra and parking is almost impossible to navigate with a medium size car.

Great choice to stay when visiting Downtown Andorra la Vella.

Superb value for my 85th night of hotels in 2024 ,Magic Andorra. Simple yet so comfortable. Everything is offered with great attention to detail. First class windows and soundproofing , close to everything Andorra has to offer. Even a 1 liter bottle of water complimentary. ( march 2024)

Internet was the major issue. Very weak and unstable connection.

Good size rooms. Big double bed but mattress too soft. Bathroom is nice with a lot of extras e.g. cotton pads, tooth brush and paste in case you don’t have yours. The towels are really thin. You might wish to bring your bath robe and slippers. Rooms are warm but no extraction in the bathroom and is too steamy after having shower. Being in the city centre is good for young couples and those preferring night life, but defo not for families with kids: there are no facilities for children. No kids playgrounds or children’s corners. My kids didnot want to stay for dinner - we tried one day (24,5 adult price and 12,50 child) but preferred to go out as even the grilled fish and meat was there - they wanted more choice. Nice breakfast with lots bread and pastries varieties; hams, and local sausages, Assorted teas and coffee machines You need to be driving to get to the slopes. Shuttle buses - are local buses. The parking is - first come first served. You have your place if you wish to park - but never same place as there is no such policy, there are 2 levels of parking. Really difficult to park if you have a long car.

The hotel's cleanliness was subpar. I found hairs in the shower, and the mattresses were stained.

The hotel is excellent, very well equipped with modern facilities in the rooms (new beds, strong hot showers and air conditioning. The restaurant is great with tasty breakfast and dinner buffet, for extra fee of course. Buffet dinner was 25 Euros p/p which is actually similar to prices of restaurants in the city. The ONLY issue with this hotel is the road noise, being located on a convergence of 2 roads and cars driving over a noisy drain cover every 2 seconds.

Location is great. The only problem we had was a broken shower

The hotel was top shelf. Breakfast buffet was terrific with lots of choices. Very clean and great staff. A little hard to get to even with mapping software but worth the effort. Located in the middle of everything. A very enjoyable stay.

Hotel is in a great location, so close to everything

This is an excellent location and I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Magic Andorra. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the furniture had clearly seen better days (some of the veneer was peeling off the bedside table and desk) and the shower was terrible—weak water pressure, and the shower head kept slipping down and flopping over.
