We had such an amazing time here for two weeks. The view from our hotel room was incredible. We loved waking up every morning to this view. Everyone at this hotel was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a joy to stay here! It is very much a family run business and they were all very helpful. Very clean and great food at breakfast and dinner. It was very difficult for us to leave. This was a base for us for many trips, including Amalfi, Scala, Ravello, Positano, Capri, Procida and Herculaneum. Because we were situated so high up on the mountain, it was necessary to take the hotel bus down to the center of town in Sorrento which has so much to offer as well. The two bus drivers Pasquale and Luca were so friendly and were always on time. Incredible driving as well!! It was a joy to take the bus up and down the mountain. We loved doing this each morning and evening as the views were outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience!!

Very clean, quiet, well-decorated. Concierge stayed until we arrived at 10 p.m. which is his normal time to leave. It is a beautiful property and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautifully kept grounds with flowers and potted plants all around. Lovely landscape. Stunning views. Since the hotel is on a hill, there are a lot of stairs to climb leaving the hotel.

We loved our stay at Hotel Villa Fiorita! The staff were wonderful, and the views were beautiful. Definitely a highlight of our vacation in Italy was staying here. We absolutely would stay again.

We are repeat customers to Villa Fiorita, in Sorrento….we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary on this trip to Italy…. we love the magnificent views of this beautiful area from our balcony day and night…the buffet breakfast that is offered is great with lots of choices…it is a family owned hotel and every family member we have come to know has become very special to us….the shuttle bus is great to get you down and back to and from the town center…thank you Giovanni and family!

Had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Villa Fiorita during our stay there. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and welcoming and the view was superb.

I could wake up to the view from our hotel room balcony forever. The ideal location and serene setting. The hotel offers convenient free transportation to and from Sorrento. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Giovanni arranged for a wonderful boat tour of the Amalfi Coast that we'll never forget. The hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner and they offer a great breakfast to start the day. I can't wait to return!

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The best so fat out of 10 hotels on my trip. Staff created a great atmosphere. Restaurant was excellent. Beautiful view. Not centrally located but has a free shuttle bus. I can’t believe it is listed as 3 only stars.

View is beautiful! You can lounge on the patio and relax in the evening as the heat leaves the day. The shuttle is a convenient way to access the hotel because it's a fair distance up the hill.

Loved the hotel! The shuttle to sorrento made it very easy to get there and all of the staff was so friendly. Also loved the breakfast!

We checked in super late and reception welcomed us with a smile. The breakfast was very good and offered different options each day. The view was incredible and our room was very nice.

We had a very wonderful surprise when we got to Villa Florita. The manager and the staff was warm and made us feel like Family. The property was perfect and very beautiful and the location was perfect giving us an unbelievable and most amazing sights of the valley. We will return someday with family to share our wonderful experience with them..

Charming, clean hotel on top of the mountain. Magnificent views and comfortable room with great shower. The service was outstanding, second to none. The entire staff was attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. Will recommend this hotel to family and friends. Looking forward to my next stay with them.

The hotel is a few minutes away from the center of town which i like, the center is crowded and has lots of traffic. They do provide hourly shuttles to the center of town. The hotel is tastefully decorated and vey clean. They provide a very good breakfast spread. The room has great views of the coast. They do provide parking but not on site, if you need your car you have to let them know in advance which can be a little inconvenient. They do not have a pool which would have been nice, it was very hot. We ate at the restaurant, the food was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely return and recommend it.

Nice small clean place. Nice enough breakfast . Worth trying their dinner ,book a table at their panoramic view terrace. If u decided to stay try and get a room with sea view ours wasn’t .

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The daytime concierge was a bit brisk and seemed slightly annoyed when dealing with us, but the rest of the staff was incredible. Especially the nighttime concierge who was endlessly friendly and made us feel extremely welcome.

Excelent view, clean rooms, nice dinning all at fair prices. You can see the Sorrento bay, the Vesubio and part of the city of Napoli from the room. Priceless.

It was our 40th wedding anniversary we had the most amazing room with a view to die for .. the faculties were spot on ... the owners were friendly and so helpful ...spotlessly clean breakfast just right if our stay was a bit longer the pool and roof terrace was a great place to just chill and relax .... a definite recommendation xx

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The food was good, and breakfast was generous. The view is spectacular.

Getting up to the hotel was a bit difficult, especially finding the shuttle our first night. We did alot of walking and hunting before we figured out where the shuttle stop was. Then getting our luggage down the long ramp to the hotels entance was tiring. But once there, the view was beautiful overlooking the coast from our large terrace and breakfast was very, very good, in a nice large dining room with glass walls overlooking the bay and Sorrento.

It was amazing! The room was so clean and comfortable.....the staff was friendly and helpful......and the breakfast and dinner was amazing! We just loved it! I would recommend this to my friends and family!!

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! GORGEOUS VIEW from our balcony! We loved our stay here in Sorrento! Staff is so helpful and accommodating. Room was pretty and so comfortable. The only Con we really had about staying here was how HIGH up the hill it was . . (of course the views were beautiful because of this - can't complain too much) We had to take a tram down and up the hill that sometimes wasn't always so convenient for us/our schedule but it was nice that they provide you with free transportation up and down. It wasn't a deal breaker thought, thats for sure. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you for such a pleasant visit.

Lovely old villa in Sorrento overlooking the city and the Bay of Naples. Only drawback was distance from town but there was a free shuttle so no need to drive. Excellent onsite restaurant we only ate in once as we were not back in time but highly recommend.

Beautiful room with fantastic view of the ocean, free shuttles to and from the center of Sorrento and delicious food in the restaurant (my favorite was the gnocchi). The best thing about the hotel was how friendly and helpful the staff were, giving us transport advice and calling on our behalf to confirm activities. We will always look back on our stay here fondly.

Loved the hotel. Wish it had been warmer to enjoy the pool. Beautiful views - even our garden view had a view of the sea. Mattress a bit hard. No open restaurant on Monday but staff got us a free cab ride to a farm to table restaurant that was excellent! Breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful setting. Welcomed the free bus (short ride) in and out of Sorrento center.

Great views and friendly helpful staff and the mother always asks if you want a cappuccino with the sumptuous breakfast.

Enjoyable stay. Lovely views and great staff. Help full and nothing was to much trouble. Lovely pool and terrace. Courtesy bus from hotel to sorento and back every hour till 11.30 at night. Continental breakfast was good and a choice

I booked this hotel mainly because of the views - the schlep up to the hotel was worth the scenery alone. The owner was kind enough to contact me personally before my trip to give me all the vital information on the hotel, including a shuttle bus that runs every hour to/from the center of Sorrento. It's super convenient as long as you plan your time well. Be warned that this hotel isn't handicap-friendly. All stairs and no elevator. Breakfast was great (you can't beat an Italian cappuccino) and the staff were very helpful.
