We loved our room! It was homey and well decorated.

Tvs and furniture needs upgrade. Patio chairs have stains. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean

Pros: This property maintains cleanliness very well. The pool area and its bathrooms are kept clean. This hotel is a great place for a little family getaway. It's very convenient to stay in. It's a 7 min walk to Riviera Beach. No need to worry about finding parking. Everything is walking distance from this location. Cons: Front desk staff needs work on their customer service. They just simply don't look like they want to be there and don't care. I had to ask for room service multiple times during the day (virtual chat, via phone which no one answers, and going to the front desk x2), and ended up with no room service that day. Virtual assistance was inconsistent. They only respond on the first day you check in. Front desk tells you to call but no one answers. They just give you excuses rather than solutions. Overall this place is a great place to stay but they really need to work on their front desk customer service and communication. Their overall facial expressions says it all.

Everything was good

The door lock was broke. Our room was filled with marijuana smoke from the room below. The room above had kids jumping and making noice all day.

Perfect location. You can walk to the beach or uptown.

The place was great. No issues at all. The inside and outside pools were clean and hot tubs were great as well.

Customer service was excellent. Property outside and inside have been recently updated. Most rooms have new updates. Housekeeping doing great job. I have been staying here 4-5 times a year for the past 17 years. Love the place.

Was a nice room we got!

The hotel was great, but when we left we forgot some items in our room. I called the hotel and left a message with housekeeping and it’s been almost a week and haven’t heard back.

Great time with my kids! Was even able to get early check in which was nice. Some of the rooms are now nicely renovated. Pool was nice both inside and out. and drinks by the pool were delicious!

Our only complaint is the coffee maker~We are both big coffee drinkers. Making one small cup at a time doesn't work for us~And we have no control over the strength of the coffee~Since we plan to return I wonder if a regular size coffee pot can be provided upon request~The coffee situation was a big deal to us!

Great area!

I’ve stayed here several times, love this resort, however I forgot it was Country Thunder weekend. This gave me insight to the “eh” side. Lower level room facing the parking lot so anyone walking by could see in our room if the curtain was closed, patio faced cars. Never realized how thin the walls were until 2am intoxicated cowboys got back…. However I will be back, great pool, clean rooms, great pool bar, fantastic location, but will just stick to my usual room choice from now on,

Normally if we’ve arrived early we have been able to get the room early. Not true at the Cove. Room was ready at 3:58. Although others seemed to have better luck.

The check in staff was consistently making errors on my information and ran my card 3-4 times for deposit.

This hotel is amazing. 3 pools. 1 for very small children. Hot tub was great. The jets were strong enough to feel like a massage was happening. My room, a queen bed, was more than enough room. Full kitchen. 2 TVs. If I had a negative, it would be that the TV is on the other side of the room from the TV. I wish it wasn't so far away.

We really enjoyed the pool especially the wonderful loungers - best ever - so comfortable and easy to jump out of. In the room there were nice friendly and helpful notes giving extra info on how to use the coffee machine and how to turn on the shower - shows they care! Room was spotless too

I lake everything the only thing I do want to bring up is the at night it was a little hot, maybe there should be more fans.

First time actually staying in the town of lake geneva. My stay at the Cove was awesome. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very sizeable and cleanly suites. And everything was walkable to explore, from the Cove!!!!! Highly recommend the Cove of Lake Geneva, will be back soon 😀 😎. Thank you Cove, one of my best vacations 😀 🙌

Weird and awkward looking down from loft to bed below. Could the one shower be any smaller? Not what we’re used to coming here…

Has a great time. Hotel was clean, staff was great, pool and tiki bar was an extra bonus we enjoyed!

Indoor Poor was closed. Baby pack and play never came. I left a message on Expedia to have a pack and play and still had to go to the front desk. Waited 25 minutes and it never came. I checked out the same day I checked in. Additional charges for booking through Expedia made my stay more expensive than if I had just booked through their site.

The outdoor pool was large and warm. Plenty of seating. Perfect for families.

We are three ladies who needed a get away. We had a blast here. The one bedroom suite with living room and kitchen and pullout bed worked out well. Very nice updated room. We used the pool. We used the little cafe by the lobby. All great. We ate the attached restaurant. It was excellent and inexpensive! We could walk to all the shops , restaurants and lake path. Super convenient!
