On arrival the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room seem ok on arrival until in the night we were greeted by bedbugs. That was taken care of by switching to a room too small for two persons and the toilet didn't work and so we're told to use the infested room bathroom. Overall I was very disappointed because the situation could have been handled better.

We stayed there because we were visiting friends nearby. This hotel was the closest option to their place. Considering the location and the price, this is a pretty good deal. Some matters, like room size or shower cabin size, could be better, but recall the price, and it looks reasonable now. Oh, and I couldn't find anything much better in the area within the same proximity, so there aren't many options. Overall, I'd recommend it and stay there again.

Absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy, carpet stained, toilet had piss in it, shower had black tiles. This hotel is a gross motel at best.

As part of a longer stay in Creteil I went one night to that hotel. The personnel were friendly and helpful – at least the young lady at check in spoke my language, a rarity for French hotels. The hotel was reasonably clean, but not really clean. The hotel required some renovation to make it up-to-date. At least my air condition did not work, so I had to sleep with open windows, at a high traffic road. Breakfast was OK, not overwhelming. The surrounding is ugly – not more to say about it. All that I describe here seems to be typical for medium-class hotels in France. Thanks to short distance to Paris it was too expensive.

It's a simple nice hotel that reached my expectation. Easy to find, a quiet normal stay.

It’s so far ... there is just providing little things like soap and towel, no slippers. It’s noisy while sleeping...

Short break to Paris for our 45th wedding anniversary although quite far from centre of Paris there is a Metro train a short walk away which has trains every 8 minutes and you were in the centre in 30 minutes. As we were in Paris all day this hotel was a nice place to rest your head after a long day. Staff were very friendly and helpful could not fault them room cleaned every day would use the hotel again Thank you Paris

Near metro station for Paris which is 1 hour away . Large shopping centre nearby and McDonald is next door to hotel. Room are very small with no armchair but a chair . Convenient if you just need somewhere to sleep as room is claustrophobic.

It was my first time in the campanile and I was so impress with the entire staff.Professional,friendly and helpful.Any request we had dealt with it quickly and efficiently.Room good size and clean.Location near à massive mall, train near by.on the minus side main road a bit noisy.However I will book this hotel again.

Nice hotel with free parking. Subway is within 15 minutes walk. Air conditioning works well. Road side of the hotel has some noise from traffic. 1queen&1single bed rooms ideal for families with one kid.

A hotel with basic facilities but free parking and very close access to metro. A good pick for limited budget travellers whi need a reasonable place to stay. Breakfast is good and reasonably priced.

Old hotel far from the city. Small room with tiny bathrooms, the shower space was a ridiculously small corner. No air conditioner. It was so hot in summer. You have to open the windows and is next to the highway and train tracks so is very noisy. Breakfast for €10 is mediocre and no other food options around besides a McDonalds attached to the hotel. Area around at night is sketchy and there’s people hanging in their cars in the parking lot every night (doesn’t feel so safe). Front desk guy in the mornings was great, therefore the girl in the afternoon-evening shift was rude and not helpful. At the end, It’s a “cheap place” to stay but cheap is what you get.

Very good location close to the Metro station and 20 minuets your in Paris. Also close to Créteil Sole shopping centre with some good eating places. Rooms not to small and free parking

Temperature in Paris was about 38 degrees centigrade and there was no air conditioner in room. Hotel staff just provided a small table fan diameter of blades of fan were hardly 6 to 8 inches and on top of that hotel staff was not co operative. Had terrible stay there and will caution others for booking this hotel.

The room meant for 3 persons was a bit small and you had to walk about 10-15 minutes for the nearest public transportation but the connections are great after that. 2 trains and 25-30 minutes and you're at the Eifel Tour and many other famous Paris landmarks.

Quite possibly the worst place I have ever stayed in. The room was dark and extremely small. The air was filled with stench of stale smoke. Nothing was available in the room, even had to ask for a towel. Avoid at all cost!
